I was grateful she offered to do that. Saves me so much time. The next day, Gina called me and left a message. I was back in the area so I just stopped by and she explained to me what needed to be done to resolve our situation. I was so appreciative of her willingness to go above and beyond to help me. On top of that, she was super nice too. I thanked her for her time and effort. Funny enough, I had to come back around in the drive through to get a lollipop for my daughter as promised. Gina was the bank teller at the time and we were laughing. I asked her for a lollipop, specifically orange if they had that flavor, otherwise anything will do. She said she will do her best. So she sends back a small bouquet of lollipop flavor options, like 5 total since they didn't have orange flavor. Whoa. Made my kid's day! Thanks so much for the amazing customer service Gina! The staff were next-level friendly, and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed being there. They welcomed me when I walked in, and told me about the drink specials and other amenities at the cafe such as reservable spaces (only for capital one cardholders) and events! I got a cherry vanilla iced matcha latte from the spring menu. It was good and the presentation was nice. It was extremely sweet, so I'd get something else if that's not your thing. They told me that the summer menu focuses on blueberry and ube, so I'll definitely have to try that out! It was somewhat crowded, but there was plenty of seating and outlets. This is the perfect place to get a good drink, get some work done, and even get banking errands done if you're a capital one customer. The institution has changed drastically in their ability to meet customers' needs. It is of no benefit to have an account with them. Tropical Financial Credit Union is no longer customer oriented or even friendly; they would do well to remember that customers should be at the center of their business plans. Yes, My bank account and credit card have been totally shut down, Debit and Credit Card. Called TFCU they activated my checking account after 2 hours on the phone as for the TFCU credit card. They refuse to activate the card plus they have shut down access to my on line sevice to the TFCU Credit Card which includes payments to the credit card,,hmmm late fees. I've spoken to (6) TFCU credit reps asking me purchases made in April,,WTF for ID of me.

The tellers are very professional once you finally get your turn but they act like they've never tasted coffee in their lives. I tried to call this morning, however I was immediately informed that there was a 25 minute wait time. Really, I can drive there faster! So I drove here and saw the line inside and now I'm waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. Come here Monday through Thursday if you want any customer service. It's a safe place to bank. So safe that you may feel that it's hard to get any of your money!

The teller (a young white woman with blonde/brownish hair) asked me to provide specific information in order to verify my identity, which I did. She comes back asking me for my social # which I wrote down for her on a piece of paper. She then takes it to the back and comes out telling me it's the wrong social number and that I won't be able to be "verified" and helped today. I was stunned and speechless... I'm damn positive that it was the correct # as I know it by memory. I knew she was BSIng me for some reason. I went back to my home and grabbed my social security card and checked the number against the paper that I have written to her. It is the same exact social security number that I gave this lady. For some reason she lied to me because she must have have not liked my face or something, or the way I looked. Either way, I felt discriminated against. It was probably the bald head, tatts and fact that I'm Hispanic. It just has shook her or something and she probably thought I was trying to commit fraud. Either way.... Enjoy your low-paying job. I'm definitely going to be closing down this account at another branch.
