The staff was very well composed and obviously well prepared for a packed house. The bar staff was very nice and helped me pick out a wine that fit my preferences and was appropriate for my meal. The food was INCREDIBLE. Every dish I had was extraordinary and there were numerous moments where the patrons dining around me were audibly shocked how good the food was. The hybrid service model is a bit unusual, but not unnavigable by any means and I believe it allows the restaurant to be much more efficient. What was astonishing to me is how impactful the food was. The patrons around me were ordering drinks, appetizers, entrees, then desserts with such joy and anticipation for the next course.
