Some time opened up, and Matt followed up and had someone out same day. No pushy sales gimmicks and they very patiently explained their findings and recommendations. Where can I start? Came across these guys because they actually answered a request for help for being without water on a Saturday night (back in 2019 maybe?). Matt came out and performed a pretty extensive job solo, in the dark, and quite quickly. Fast forward to another time where I lost water due to low water level in my well and instead of soaking me with a service call to tell me that unpleasant news, it was done after some texting to determine possible issues and fixed. Now in 2022, after another episode of being without water, I emailed in to the company via the website and again Matt proved to be a super hero. The first time was 18 years ago when my pump stopped working and the second time, today when the pump control box went out. Both times we were without water. They put us first on the list and came out within a couple hours of my call. The work was done well by a competent crew and for what I felt was a reasonable price. I cannot offer a higher review as I tried several times to have them come out to do a service call and was unsuccessful. I really was impressed by all the comments that were written about them and I contacted them via their website to confirm that they serviced my area (Mill Creek/Bothell), but every time I asked for them to schedule an appointment, they would ask for my address and then I would never hear back from them. I must simply assume that they are very busy and don't need my business which is good for them. My rating is strictly based on their customer service and follow thru. I realize that we are quite a distance from their regular service area and they would probably rather work closer to to their base, but it might be helpful to limit the listed service area and let potential customers know that they do not come this far. read more

We recently utilized A-Plus Water Services to replace a pump in our well and replace our water softener system. Matt came out on a Saturday when our pump stopped working and replaced the pump in no time. It's Friday and my well pump stops working. I contact two different referrals from friends and don't get a call back. It's now Friday evening, I do a web search, find A Plus Water and decide to take a chance on an "unknown". I'm blown away when the owner of the company answers the phone (wile he's on another job) and takes ownership of my problem. As he asks questions and assesses my situation he begins teaching me about my system. His conclusion was my problem was identical to the job he was currently working on. He asks if I'm up for following along with him as he works on the site he's at while I replicate his actions. Within a few minutes I've got my pump back on line and he's thanking me for calling A Plus. When I ask how much I should write the check for he responds 'don't worry about it, I'm happy to help. Almost two weeks ago, after seeing many reviews about how great this company is with well systems, I called about a problem with my 83 year old mother's well in Coupeville. Her water softener system is not working and there is a lot of iron in her water. They told me they were currently very busy and said they would call me today to schedule an appointment. I did not receive a call so I called them. When I called, they remembered talking with me but told me they were still too busy with people who had no running water and that we are too far away. Their website states that we are in their service area and based on the other reviews, they have been to Langley and Clinton. I am very disappointed with their service. If they said they were going to call, then they should. If they knew they were going to be too busy, they could have informed me so I didn't waste the last two weeks when I could have been looking for another company. read more
