When we signed the agreement, we told them we only needed the space for one month and they said they'd charge us for two but we would get a refund after the month was up. A few weeks into our renting the space, we received a contract that was to last until the end of the year. We let them know, again, that we only needed space for one month. We received written confirmation letting us know the contract was terminated. The one month is up and not only did we not get the promised refund for the additional month, they charged us for 3 more months! I would not recommend using Regus after our experience and we will be looking at other options should we need temporary office space in the future.

Secondly, they billed me for another month after I had given my notice (and they accepted it- btw, 60 day notice) and getting the money back was a huge hassle. We were compliant with all the rules, we had the exact number of guests allowed, brought all our own equipment, and left it cleaner than we found it. The owner called me aside and said I had an "unauthorized event". I have a confirmation for a reservation. He had one ridiculous thing after another. After I successfully defended myself against each one of his outrages and false accusations, largely from a misinterpreted security video he had been studying, he said we looked through the cabinets. He accused me of touching his wine bottles. What we did was grab some ice (out of a very dirty ice box). He said he "felt robbed," called the cops and cancelled our memberships. I wish I could add the timelapse of the rager I threw! But since I can't picture this...a doctor giving a free informational seminar to patients. He told the cop he was entitled to a $500. For the reservation I made in advance, gave the receptionist all the details of what we would be doing, and is included in my membership.

Carrie, who was our main contact, was communicative and responsive! We found Loft 329 after needing to change the venue last minute from my original one. From day one of reaching out, Carrie was quick to respond, she managed to fit my mother in for a quick tour and booking was super easy. She even went out of her way to try to help us find a rental for some tables and chairs. Definitely do not pass this space up if you're looking for an affordable, flexible and gorgeous event space!

(If you see this, no offense Mom) If I had the time, I could write a review the length of Marcel Proust's, 'A la recherche du temps perdu.' But the Cliffs Notes version is this. This is a high end complex, but without the pretentiousness you would find in the North Shore and/or the upscale neighborhoods in Chicago. The facilities and amenities are all first-class, and everything is always clean like a five-star hotel. As for my unit itself, all of the appliances and furnishings are beautiful. Just as important, they did not cut any corners in terms of the walls and floors, so I do not hear any noise at all from my two next-door neighbors, or from the apartment below. Nothing major has ever happened since I lived here. But the very minor things like the specialty light bulbs needing replacing, Rey and Jason from the maintenance team have always come out the same day to take care of stuff like that. The area is perfect in terms of nearby shopping, restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, etc... Although living here is not cheap, dollar for dollar, this might be the best bang for your buck in all of Lake County. I do have some pause writing this, because Nathan (the property manager) might see it, and then raise my rent when it's time to sign my next lease. Please don't do it Nathan. CONS: The $15 a month mandatory garage fee. Rent is extremely high per sq ft.$37+ per ft. Early termination on rental -stayed 6 months vs 12- was a $7100 fee The $300 nurses rebate was clawbacked at early termination plus ruined a full day of vacation when they would not take a check for $300 from my wife. The are hard nose about everything being done on their site (when it works). Signup was a nightmare. It took multiple attempts & multiple days with added stress -ugh. The whole signup & term process is too rigid. I would prefer to deal with a single owner vs corporate American.

Surrounding the night market are a great assortment of tenants which serve everything from coffee to pizza to Mexican to ice cream. Once inside the main town center area, I was pleased to be able to walk around to the different businesses without having to walk across traffic.

The management is on top of any maintenance issues and respond very quickly. Like any new building there are some minor issues but they have all been solved. The management has always been professional and helpful. The tenants I've met are kind and friendly. I have recommended the building to others because this is a nice place to live.
