He finally showed up on three different times promising to fix everything. It took nine months a countless phones calls to the owner, his staff and to the actual cabinet make FABUWOOD before I could get the doors changed out. As far as the opening that is to small, he refuses to to relacethat cabinet because he says it would could him to much money. Then he started asking for proof that I ordered a cabinet with a larger opening. The former sales person never placed the spice rack or the cabinet in the contract. This owner does not stand by what he and his sales people sell. I would not recommend purchase anything from his business. I was showed one thing by the sales person and got something else when he quit.

My 92-year-old father and I placed an order with Bed Bath & Beyond (BB&B) for 3 barstools from…read moretheir on-line store. Upon ordering, the website said if we ordered now, we would receive the order within a week. Early in April , we received 1 of the 3 barstools. We assembled it immediately so my Dad could start enjoying it. We noticed it had a tear on the arm. We called BB&B and reported the damage. The representative said he could send out "the replacement part" immediately. We were initially with their customer service. We could just replace the arm of the chair. Little did we know, a day later, the rep would send an email saying their partner was not able to send the "part"....would I like a replacement or a refund? We decided to keep the damaged barstool and wait for the arrival of the remaining 2 barstools. Later we were told the 2 barstools had been lost prior to arrival and they didn't have any more in stock. As soon as they became available, potentially in June or July, we would receive a new package tracking to update the delivery date. We waited patiently for the 2 missing barstools for 5 months as they strung us along. They finally let us know, by email advertisement, the barstools were back in stock, and we should begin shopping for them. Shopping for them? Where is the new tracking information they promised when the back-ordered barstools were back in stock? They were acting like they didn't owe us anything. All we requested was for BB&B to fulfill the order. In my opinion, once they charged my father's credit card for the 3 barstools, they had a contractual obligation to provide 3 barstools. Our inquiry, a few days later, revealed our request for the 2 barstools or a partial refund was denied by management. They kept giving us supposed options like a refund....but we could only get a refund if we returned the entire order. We couldn't return the entire order because we didn't receive the entire order; or we could contact the vendor and activate the warranty....but we couldn't activate the warranty when we only had 1 chair. Plus, once we attempt to communicate with the vendor, BB&B will exit the picture, along with the money they kept on the unfilled order. We continued to request escalation of our case to management. They continued to confirm the issue had been escalated. We don't believe it ever was. We believe we were in so-called negotiations with the Help Desk. Their final "offer" was to keep the 1 chair, which we already planned to do. If we didn't want the chair, we could throw it away or donate it. They said they would refund us our money....in the form of a store credit. We told them we were handing this situation over to the credit card company. We were done communicating with them. Before I start with the review, the kitchen looks Fantastic, finished. However, getting there…read morewasn't the best experience. When we first hired One Stop Kitchen and Bath for the job, they were responding quick, coming out for the estimates, and everything was smooth. They told us it would take 4 weeks, and we will have a completely brand new kitchen. As the job started, it seemed to be going smoothly, they seemed to be working very fast. However, it started to diminish by week two. They started canceling on days they were supposed to come. I noticed that the design was flawed and cabinets that were put in were not able to be opened while another cabinet was opened. The design needed be changed. The communication practically diminished, we were not getting timely responses from the people in charge. There were instances where they ordered the wrong things that were stated in the contract and agreed on, and they tried to charge us extra for change orders. Be VERY aware of the charge for "change orders", they were very expensive. I am convinced the workers broke items we had in the kitchen and it was stated that "the workers may be afraid to admit they broke it". During the job, a large hole was made in the wall through my garage, they covered the hole with spackle and hung my ladder back up as if it never happened. After I noticed this, I had them come back out and respackle the hole AND repaint it. I'm not sure they would have done that if I hadn't seen it and said something. All in all, the job is finally complete over a year later. The communication after the job starts, was poor, they may try to charge you extra for things that were their mistake. Just be extra aware and speak up if something is done wrong, is broken or missing and stick up for yourself. Double and triple check the design that is drawn out. Make sure everything will open and close as it should and you have room to walk around things. As I said in the beginning, the kitchen looks Fantastic and with a lot of extra effort figuring things out, they are going to fix the mistakes they made...in time. We did a total master bathroom remodel, scheduled a consultation and Shay Foreman came to our home…read moreand listened to what we wanted while providing critical suggestions and feedback and answering all our questions and concerns. She took measurements and our information and promised us a rendering of what out new bath would look like. We gave her creative liberty (because she is the expert) and she showed us a beautiful design proposal. Next came the selection of the materials we were to use, again, the patience Shay showed us is really appreciated since we are "novices" at this. She offered color suggestions, color compatibilities, texture differences and price ranges for the suggested materials. Not once was she "pushing" a certain product or style, although she would offer counter points to ensure we were looking at all possible angles. After looking at four other proposal/offers, we decided to go with Onestop because of the experience already and the price/value promised by Umut. Then came the in home measurements and design, this where Rommel and his team came in and verified what we wanted. We actually did a mid-construction adjustment because of Rommel's suggestion which we welcomed. This adjustment did cost me a dime. Again, very much appreciated. They said it would take up to six weeks to complete, but they were finished in three. The workers were very professional, laying down protective mats when they began and cleaning up after the day. They were also very proficient and letting me know what was going on. Umut came in and did the final inspections after Rommel ensured punch list items were completed. We are very pleased and happy with our new bathroom. The team of Shay, Rommel and Umut is to be envied by other renovation companies. Thank you so much!

The last time I bought a kitchen faucet was 10 years ago, at least. It was STICKER SHOCK time! Yes, I know I could probably get a cheaper faucet at one of the Big Box stores. However, I have read and the contractors installing this stuff swear that the quality of fixtures at the BB stores is not as good. So I suck it up because I want value and I don't want to replace fixtures often. Nevertheless, i am still shocked by some of the faucet prices. I didn't think $1K+ kitchen faucets were sold locally, for example. I rethink this and decide to set a budget $300-$400, after looking at all the wonderful choices. My new faucet cost $356 with tax, curious YELPERs. There are well known common brands and some very upscale/high price not so well know brands. Most items are not stocked and have to be ordered, I am told. OK. I am in no rush. Dora, my sales person, checks the inventory and it's in stock. That's the way life works. If I needed it that day, no way would that faucet be in stock. I pay and wait briefly for Dora to fetch my new kitchen faucet. Every time I've been here the sales persons are helpful, knowledgeable and patient. If your contractor is local and doesn't have a Ferguson account I would wonder why not. One of my former contractors had me go to Ferguson to make my selections then he got them using his contractor discount. Stop in and get some of the decorator catalogues if you have a home improvement project beginning to formulate in you mind. There are so many new fangled stuff on the market. I will upload a photo of my new faucet after it's installed. I took a few store snaps but it looks like the store did a good job uploading those so I will trash all except my Wolf photo. We ran into some issues with our bank (completely unrelated to them) and it ended up taking longer for us to schedule Kevin and his crew to begin work. I had emailed Kevin 4 months later asking if the quote he had given us in May was still good. It was, and on top of that, they were still honoring the promotion they had as well (despite the fact that the promotion was long since expired)! The most surprising thing was that Kevin actually still remembered us when we contacted him again. Fast forward to the installation, and the crew that came in worked super quick all while remaining very detailed in the quality of their work. They were slotted to complete the work in 3 days for about 1500 square feet of area. They tackled an awkward pantry, half bath, laundry room, family room, formal and regular dining room, living room, and kitchen all in that timeframe. We didn't even have to move anything as the crew moved and replaced everything when they were done. They took particular care to ensure that our belongings were covered as to not get dusty from the work. We had other contractors come in to fix some electrical and pipe issues at the same time, and the crew was able to work around them without causing any delays! All the trim had nail holes filled and trim around the baseboards sealed to make the quarter-rounds and baseboards look like one seamless piece. Our overall experience with them was so great, we'll be going with them again for our stair and top floor hallway project in the future - no hesitations at all! If you're looking for top quality service and quality detailed work, you'll definitely get your bang for your buck at Carpet and Floors Market.

We paid a deposit and scheduled the installation, which happen on December 5th. The installers were very loud and of Hispanic descent, in fact I had to asked that they speak English so I could understand them. To my dismay the countertop that they installed was grossly tilting unevenly on top of the cabinet unit. I asked what the dilemma and the lead installer was began to grill me as to why I purchased a big countertop. He said I needed to call the home office...This was totally unacceptable! As a customer we did what we needed to do, including paying a 50% deposit. Upon speaking with the office that evening, I was told we need support post. I shared my dismay, and also asked why didn't you advise us of this at the onset of this project. I shared that I wasn't happy! I was promised a discount off the overall project, and also that Waldorf Kitchen will source and installed the needed support post. As of today, December 10th almost a week later, I haven't heard back from anyone. At this point we are beyond furious. Our Sunday dinner event was ruin because of this. My island countertop is being supported by used, dingy and dirty 2x4's that the installers pulled from the back of their pick-up truck. Again, this ordeal and lack of service thereof is no way any customer should be treated. At this point, someone from Waldorf Kitchen & Bath by Stone need to make this right!
