I worked directly with Jerred and he was amazing! He came out (On Labor Day!!!) and 100% saved me. It was warm, and I had a bunch of family in town for the holidays and an extremely hot house wasn't going to work for me. I called Holtzople around 10 am, they answered the phone live (only company I could find that didn't go to VM) and Jerred was out within a few hours. He was very informative and quick (which was important because, no offense to Jerred, I prefer to spend the holiday with my family instead of him) and didn't even charge extra because it was a holiday. Turns out I had a contactor that went bad (he showed it to me... it was literally burnt at the top) and was a pretty quick and easy fix. It does seem to work, but really, how un-personal can you be? It would be one thing if it told you upfront, "hi, my name is Ally and I'm your AI customer service". At least you'd know what you were dealing with. When humans are involved, everything is top notch. If it weren't for the 8-hour window and AI bot, I'd give it 5 stars.

The 8 hour window is ridiculous, inconvenient, and frustrating. I have been a customer since 2013. Bring back the 4 hour window so I am not restricted to be within 30 minutes from my house if I want to do some errands. Otherwise I have to look elsewhere for my HVAC and electrical needs.
