He was super communicative via phone and helped us out by coming quickly as our furnace had gone out and the repair man needed access to the garage. I have to give a shout out to Richard of Reidt Way Doors in NB - highly recommend him for any garage door repairs! I stupidly backed into our garage door and the lower panel was damaged and the wheels came off the tracks. I called another company who charged me to put the wheels back on and said we needed a whole new garage door. A friend recommended Richard and so I called him for a second opinion - turns out it only needed a new metal brace which he had on his truck - he only charged me for the part because he said we got ripped off by the previous company for even the $90 - he did that for free earlier in the day.
