The pictures that Melissa took far exceed every expectation that I had and then some! It started with a phone call and I immediately felt very comfortable with Melissa like I was talking to a friend I had known for years as I described our day and some of the personalities of our wedding guests. She assured me it wouldn't be a problem at all and she was absolutely right. From start to finish, Melissa was amazing at communicating with us and provided us with some suggestions that helped our day flow smoothly and ensured that we got all the pictures we wanted. The day of the wedding, Melissa fit right in with my family and friends, which made everyone very relaxed, and she went above and beyond to make things comfortable. She was also extremely flexible as we ran slightly behind schedule that day. I was also amazed with how quickly she sent us our pixie set. To say our pictures were breathtaking is an understatement! She truly captured our love in each picture and allowed us to relive our day through the pictures. I cried looking at some of the pictures because they were just so beautiful. I was telling my wedding party as well as my husband how to stand and what to do.. I found that to be a huge time waster. I feel that when I'm paying $$$$ for a service, the vendor should do everything. I feel as though my husband and I have a bunch of pictures of us just standing there because we were given no direction. I wanted some cool and fun shots with the wedding party and got them all in the same spot doing the same thing with me and my husband in front. There is also no uniformity in the formal shots. One guy has his hands in his pocket the other has it down, etc. Disappointed and upset that I will never get another chance to get the pictures we hoped for. I also found the way she worked out the payment a little odd. Every other vendor called, emailed, or reminded me when payment was due she just assumed i had sent a check and then made me get it to her before the day of when i hadnt. I had 8 vendors to keep straight! My advice, work harder on taking charge. Being a photographer is more than just editing photos .. half of being a photographer is setting up the shots. That should not be the clients job. . Especially on their wedding day when they have a million other things to worry about!

Thankfully he honored the bridal show pricing for us and we booked right away. The process of setting up our screens was smooth and simple. We chose colors and backgrounds all online, received proofs for approval, and that was that! I didn't consider the timing of my ceremony when I confirmed setup time so they arrived right as my bridal party was about to walk, which changed the location they were to set up in. My fault not theirs!! Definitely check your schedule so you don't pull an oopsie like me. However, it worked out perfectly because they ended up setting up in the lobby of the hotel next to our cocktail room. Our guests could access easily and hotel guests not at our wedding got to watch us all have a great time! I loved having the props, our custom neon sign, backdrop and image backgrounds. It was fun taking photos with everyone and people really enjoyed having the photo booth! We loved having the magnetized frames and being able to print. I received all the digitals as well. I booked him right away and then via the website, I was able to select the background I wanted, plus the frame for the photo strips and the screen theme for the interface. There were a ton of choices and everything was super customizable! Kyle arrived early, got all set up, and then helped us decorate the rest of the space! He was a super nice guy, very accommodating to make sure I had everything I needed, and he had even got a couple extra props just for the occasion! You could also make gifs and boomerangs and even AI enhancements. And I got all the photos digitally for easy sharing.
