So , being a 74 y.o. healthy but frail woman in a desperate hope of requesting a replacement of my non-driver ID, since the not expired and in very good shape one I had it's now considered lost after no longer found inside my purse after a visit to a doctor's office located in one of the local city hospitals, I drag myself into the cold weather this morning, board a crowded #1 train headed to the West 30th location wasting my time and fare money to learn the ridiculous news: yes, ma'am, you cannot expect to find any window serving seniors, and the 'EXPRESS' part of the branch''s title is just a 'name', curiously in English language, I believe, uhh....!? What is going so wrong with this city, where literally every public service has been worse than in most of the called '3rd world' countries? Shame on all of you NY state residents for not posting reviews of any and all of your low quality experiences with such matters. Our motto must be now: "all ways expect the worse even when paying costs for the best." Come on, would you please give us a well deserved and long due break, dear authorities!!!?
