As a woman, I'm always concerned that I'll get ripped off because I don't know much about cars. My experience has always been positive with them. Small jobs like oil change or spark plug /coil prob could be done same day as long as you drop off first thing in the morning. Mine was a bigger job control rods/ball joints and alignment. So it took 2 days. But I think this too could have been done in a day. Delivery of parts to shop delayed the work. I've done all major work at MINHS. The work is always top notch and they definitely remember their customers. And will always make things right if need be. My car is 2016 BMW X3 with 100k+ miles and runs very well 10 years later with maintenance from MINHS.

What is going so wrong with this city, where literally every public service has been worse than in most of the called '3rd world' countries? Shame on all of you NY state residents for not posting reviews of any and all of your low quality experiences with such matters. My grandfather ran into the tire place and immediately after he entered the store, an old man came out of "fantastic auto repair" and started to yell about how I couldnt park there. Whenever I tried to explain that my grandfather would move the car once got back, he yelled over me without actually listening. I wouldn't trust any of possessions in his shop with the aggression that he was throwing at me because I pulled in a few feet too far left. And then once he saw that bigger, older men were coming out with me after I ran inside to get my grandfather, he changed his tune. If you're considering using this shop, make sure you have a conversation with the mechanics who will be working on your car. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to leave my car with a bully who only picks on people he views as less powerful.

Last night, she called me frustrated and overwhelmed because three separate mechanics gave her 3 different diagnoses that ultimately caused her to fail inspection and require major work. Clearly those other mechanics were just trying to take advantage of a Senior Citizen. Not cool! Anyway, we brought the car and were seen very quickly. The "fixes" were light and ultimately my aunt paid $200 less than the other mechanics were trying to charge. My aunt plans to make this her auto repair home. Hopefully she won't need the services besides inspection but you never know - her car is getting old. Lol I never felt taken advantage of because I was a single female. They've always been fair (I've gotten quotes from others to compare and spoken to male friends and relatives) and I appreciate that. Life is busy enough - I don't have the time, desire or mental capacity to worry about being taken advantage of and finding an alternate solution. Anyway, definitely check this place out! The vibe is chill, and the staff is very cool and jovial, especially the owner - Bear.
