First time visiting this store. I was looking for scrub sets with reasonable pricing as i am starting a new job at a hospital. I was welcomed and greeted warmly. I was helped with finding scrubs within budget, proper size and comfortabke fit. I tried on multiple scrub sets and the woman working there was so patient and polite. I left there finding scrub sets under $40 that I am happy with. They have a variety of options with brands, colors, designs and fit! They definitely try their best with reasonable prices. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been a customer for 12 years throughout most of nursing career at Jesse's uniform. A employee who calls herself "Natasha" said I had to leave because I didn't make a purchase immediately. I was shopping in Jesse's uniforms for 15 minutes. "Natasha" walked up to me as I was browsing and said "are you going to buy something" and I said I'm unsure at the moment and I'm still looking, so she said, "I don't think you are and you're making our job harder because we have to repackage the clothes if you don't buy so you have to go". "Natasha said this in front of 2 customers in the store who were also trying on scrubs. I tried on 3 pairs of scrub pants and 1 scrub top only and didn't make a decision yet. I was in there for less than 15 minutes! It was the weirdest, odd and the most bizarre experience shopping for scrubs. I'm shocked. The lady who usually works there and whom I've purchased from over the past 12 years within my nursing career became impatient. She was apologizing for "Natasha's" behavior I guess, but that was extremely weird and rude. I have to mention, the place has poor circulation and it's always hot in there. It was so nice to find this place. Love the safe location. I spent about 50$ for the top and bottom together. It was good quality too, I thought it would be one of those ugly baggy scrubs, but the fabric was so nice and soft, and it fit my petite figure so well. I got the Nike black scrubs with the string tie pants. The top was also more flattering than expected. If I need more in the future I will for sure come back. Mom and pop type of place-family owned. It's run by a mom who just had a baby. In regards to another post about their inconsistent hours, the older woman that helped me out was having trouble with the credit card machine and told me she was just helping out while her niece who owns the place ran out to pick up her son from school. The older woman was super friendly and helpful. This kind of family owned small business vibe makes me want to support the business. I can tell they are doing their best and I want small shops on Lake to succeed. I randomly drove by this place to get a uniform because I needed it as a costume. The place has a great selection at affordable prices plus a great sales rack! They also have Latino aprons for $5 with really cute lemon prints. I bought one for my mom. read more

needed scrubs for my new job- was only told to get black bottoms and any solid color top. im usually a petite and have difficulty finding my size. The woman who was behind the counter immediately took me on and knew where everything was in her store, she made a normally long shopping trip super fast and efficient. Lady who helped me was very helpful. They have great quality and brand scrubs. I was able to try on the scrubs to see if they fit well. It's about the same price as any scrub place, unfortunately scrubs are not too cheap but this place did not over price their items. read more
