People are always stopping outside for selfies and photographs. I can't really rate this business as a realty company, as I haven't used them personally, but the office is legendary for its presence on TV and it doesn't disappoint with its stage-like interior and floor to ceiling glass windows looking out onto Sunset Blvd. It is really something to see to be believed. It's still a popular tourist attraction and you can see it all from the sidewalk. The interior design is a mix between art deco, pink neon, the Chrysler Building, Italian modernism, a chic speak easy, Trump Tower and a velvet Palm Springs mid century living room. I can't really describe it adequately, but take a peek next time you're at Sunset Plaza. There's tons of free parking in back.

I am completely unsatisfied with Julie Bahang´s service for the following reasons:…read more 1. There was a lien on the property we were purchasing, and Julie did not take care of this from the start. This caused a three-week delay in closing the deal and forced us to look for a temporary place to stay until the deal closed. Note that we could have closed the deal three weeks ago. 2. Julie lied about the status of the demand on the lien. She mentioned in an email that she had already taken care of it, but when we followed up on this document the next week, she replied through an email saying that she had taken care of the document 2 days ago. I think she forgot that she lied to us the first time. 3. Julie blamed us for the delay in closing the deal because we did not deposit our down payment into their provided account. We could not deposit the down payment because they had not sent the escrow docs needed by the loan company. A few days later, Julie emailed not to send the down payment to the provided account because it became subject to the IRS investigation. 4. When pressed about why there is a delay on the escrow´s side, Julie complained that they were busy handling other customers. There might be good reviews about Julie Bahang, but my experience with her is horrible. Me and my wife were hoping that we could get a good service since she is the Vice President and a senior manager of the escrow company hired by the seller, but we are deeply disappointed with her service.

I'm not one to pass our recommendations easily, but Maggie recently helped my family relocate to…read morethe Los Angeles area, and I can't recommend her enough. We had to move quickly and didn't have time to scout neighborhoods, or even visit the properties before making a decision. Maggie gave us detailed reports on neighborhoods in a language we could understand, ran all over the greater L.A. area to look at properties, and sent detailed videos on all our target properties. We ended up thrilled with our neighborhood and property even though my family had never set foot in the area or house. It's a true testament to her many skills. There are many people have knowledge, skills, and understanding of the market, but in addition to those requisite skills Maggie has a sincere dedication to her customers that sets her above the competition. It's very rare to find someone with all those traits in any field, and if you are in the realty market in L.A. I highly recommend connecting with Maggie.
