I only chose this location due to the positive reviews, and the fact that a tire rotation was built in to their great 8 additional services. It is unclear after taking my vehicle to the dealership whether or not I was lied to because I am female, possibly even because I am African-American or whether or not these individuals need to be retrained on how to do their job. I was told that one of my tires has a 3/32 tread and that it needs to be changed immediately, causing them to refuse to do the tire rotation the entire reason I chose this location. The dealership mentioned that all of my tires are in fact 6/32 and they measured them multiple times. so was I lied to ? Because they simply didn't feel like doing the work, it's unclear. I was then told that I had an oil leak. In fact I do not have an oil leak. Someone messy poured oil into in area, causing it to slowly drip down in several places underneath the vehicle. I've lost an entire Friday thinking that I needed two new tires and to repair an engine leak. I was essentially overcharged and lied to and was not given a tire rotation as requested then told I needed additional work done on my vehicle when in fact, I did not. I wish there was a way to give this place zero stars. It's been a headache for no reason. I can't tell if these men are simply misogynistic and predators or if they're idiots. Additionally, I sent an email requesting possibly an alignment to see if perhaps that's why the tread on my tires has gone down so quickly. I was ignored. I suppose Customer Service is only for white people and men at this location. Please avoid this location if you do not fit these parameters. read more

As a woman, I always hope I find a honest and competent shop to work on my car. A lot of mechanics take advantage of the ignorance a lot of women have RE cars and what's needed for optimal performance and when. Well search no further ladies! They did a transmission flush on my 2024 Tucson Limited and, at first, there was an issue with the pricing (had a Costco discount), but the manager came to the rescue! He generously adjusted the price which was unexpected. Plus, and probably most importantly, my car has been running smoothly and the manager came to tell me personally about the issue with my transmission and what to look out for. I will definitely continue doing business with these guys and recommend their honest services! Thank you for being trustworthy especially in these times! read more

On the way back from IL to drop off my daughter to college in Milwaukee at about 2pm and less than 20 miles from the campus, I ran over something hard on the highway. Don't know what that something hard was, but My tire pressure indicator came on about 5 mins later. I needed to get off the expressway, and fast. We needed use exit 8A to turn around, but I ended up taking exit 8B by mistake. Best mistake I ever made. After making a U-turn on Loomis, I knew we needed to find a car repair shop. Immediately after the U-turn was REIS Automotive. My daughter and I both sighed a huge sigh of relief. We'd found a hospital for my ailing car, without having to drive on the saggy tire. The person at the counter, Anthony, was polite and very helpful. He said he could squeeze us in and check and see if the tire seal had broken or if it was something more. He told us about a Starbucks a few minutes' walk down the road, and my daughter I took a lunch break there. Anthony gave us a call and told us that the rear tire had a slash on the inside sidewall, which we couldn't see from looking at the tire from the outside sidewall view. He said since all the parts runs were done for the day, the earliest he could have a tire delivered was the next morning. He offered to drive 20 minutes to and from the tire place to get us a tire and have it installed by end of the day, or a little after. He asked if I would like him to drive to get the tire, and I said absolutely and that I'd be willing to pay extra for that option, since he was going out of his way. What he said next was mind blowing. He said he was happy to do it and it wouldn't be any extra. He then quoted me the price for the tire replacement, including disposal of the old tire. At the time of the writing of this review, I'm awaiting the call that my car is ready soon-- but I'm writing this review *now* because the service at this shop is not only courteous and professional, but they also know how to literally go the extra mile for their customers. If you ever need work done, this shop has kind staff in Anthony. He truly deserves a raise for his excellent work. Way to go REIS Automotive on Loomis in Greenfield! I had my car towed to your facility and within 2 hours I had a new battery & was able to pick up my car.i can't thank you enough for the great efficient service I received. Costco Auto Member Program - Preferred Shop Before I get into my first and only experience at REIS Auto (Hales Corners), I found this shop through the Costco Auto Member Program. I punched in my zip code and there were only (2) shops listed and REIS Auto had the best customer reviews so I went with REIS. I called on a Friday afternoon and the woman that answered the phone was extremely friendly so immediately felt comfortable with this shop. She gave me a quote and booked me for a Monday appointment. One of the perks of booking through this shop was they opened at 0700 during the week, which is another reason I like this location. I can always do some work in the am on the laptop, but getting it done during the week, first thing in the morning was the big seller for me. Showed up to get my oil changed at 0700 and my Jeep was on the rack within 10 minutes. They unlock the doors at 7 and their techs are ready to go for the day. The gentleman at the counter (didn't catch his name but was Mon 7/22) was really nice guy, got me set-up with the WiFi while I waited for what I thought would be at least an 1-1.5 hours but they were done in 40 min. I purchased my Jeep used last summer and this was my first time my oil change came due so I asked them to look over everything as outside the dealership it's never really been looked over. They topped off the fluids and I asked them to rotate the tires, which they were more than happy to do. With the Costco program, members get 15% off, but does not include oil change, which makes sense to me. I was going to put it towards the tire rotation, but he said it's all part of the oil change I was quoted so that was great! I even inquired about my brakes, tires, etc. and there was zero hesitation from them. They were like, nope you're good to go for awhile give her another 20-30K and we will take a look then. That's a good way to do business and if I do have a future need, I'm going here. One thing I want to point out as a Costco Preferred Shop (as to be fair that's how I found them) is that it is not cheap for a shop to be certified as Costco Preferred and Costco is not shy about ensuring their members fill out surveys and collect feedback from their members to ensure the shop can advertise under their name. Costco has no issues removing a shop due to member feedback and fact this shop puts in the time, money and resources to stay with the Costco program, speaks to the reputation they have already established in Milwaukee and by my experience they will be on this loyalty program for a long time coming. In fall of 2024, I took my 1994 mustang in for a diagnosis of a starting issue. I was told they could not diagnose the issue due to an overheating issue. I found the fuel rail cap on the strut mount and the plastic end of my cruise cable broken. I was not charged for the no duagnosis. I wonder why? This type of no service is the worst service I have ever received. If you try them, good luck to you. This place or their help is dishonest. Do not take your vehicle to these hacks. read more

Good people. They squeezed me in on a busy day for a pre-purchase inspection. They recorded problem areas of the inspection and sent me the clip. They also used a comprehensive checklist to record the results. I wish they were closer so that I could use them more often. read more
