They won't try to oversell you on anything, and make sure to only tell you the fixes that are necessary. They charged me HUNDREDS under what I was quoted elsewhere, and were able to get the job done in a few hours. I have brought by car back to them for every fix up since.

The area is tiny and they have one singular chair to sit in while you wait. Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.

I found 4 Seasons Auto through a search project for 02 sensors problems on Yelp. I sent an inquiry requesting an inspection along with advice and JJ replied back almost immediately after I sent. I explained the problem and gave all the details. He was able to accommodate me the next day to assess my car. After work, I drove over to have the inspect my vehicle and he gave my car a thorough look over, then provided an explanation with solutions and came up with a (first) cost effective way to correct the problem. He and Clint were very thorough in explaining reasons and causes why the car was acting a fool. Problem one- they fixed. Then, problem two came about. Another trip back, again they explained and were able to fix immediately and even prepared me for a possible worst case scenario knowing that this was an emissions problem. I know he told me to come back after I had driven 80-100 miles but the fact that the engine had not come back on, I was so excited that I went to take an emissions and PASSED!! The service they provided and assurance of solving my issue was of top quality!!! I highly suggest and recommend you visit them for your car needs. Their honesty and knowledge is clearly evident!!! After calling 6 or 7 places, Voline fell toward the lower end in pricing, was right in the middle on timing and they are walkable from my home. I dropped the car off believing that I needed an alternator, an expense I was not planning on. I walked home. Two hours later they called me and said the car was fine. I didn't need the expensive replacement after all. That's an honest garage. I was pleased. I asked them if they could install a mirror that I had pre-purchased since they had the vehicle and the mirror was in the car. They worked me back into the schedule. Labor costs were reasonable. I paid about $150 all in; the VW dealer charges $750 for the mirror plus installation. (Note: When they quoted me the alternator, they looked at rebuilt units to save me money. Then they called me back when they did further research and discovered there were two sizes and prices. Thorough.) They were friendly and accommodating, honest and helpful. In a world of people who would take advantage, they went out of their way to do the opposite. My mom has also gotten gas here. Full service means they even clean your windows. Sadly, my car is diesel and they only have regular and premium. I will, however, recommend them to all my friends and visitors. Three cheers to Dick and the team. I'm a new regular, although I hope I don't need them any time soon.

I've had my car there 3 times for service since they first opened their doors a few months ago. In…read moreeach case, I was totally satisfied with the quality of the work done. The first time, I had a coolant leak and the mechanic actually SHOWED me where it was leaking. Actually seeing the problem with my own eyes when the car was on the lift immediately made me feel that they can be trusted. They fixed that problem, did some other overdue maintenance work, and the car's been running much better now, zero problems. The only minor problem I had was that I asked for the parts to be returned to me, and they weren't. That really wasn't a big deal since my driveway isn't full of coolant spots any more. I thought the price for this repair was entirely fair. The second time was a problem that couldn't be duplicated when I was driving it while the tech was in the car with me. Ah well... They didn't charge me for that visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. I managed to get the end of a gas funnel stuck in the neck of my gas tank. This caused all kinds of problems when I'd fill up with gas at Kwik Trip. I tried to fish it out myself, but couldn't. I brought it to the dealership, and they told me they couldn't see it or get it out after allegedly scoping it out. The dealership charged me for that visit. I know they have bills to pay, so I was OK with that. On a whim, I brought it to the new Meineke (formerly Pope Autoworx). I told them what happened and that I wanted them to try to get it out, but I'd pay for an hour of time, no matter what. I told them that I wanted to save the part so I could see it. Well... THEY GOT IT OUT!!!!! The dedication, time and effort that they showed me in actually FIXING this problem impressed the hell out of me. I do my own oil changes and brake jobs, but for nearly everything else, this Meineke garage will be my first call.

I take all my automotive needs to Paul and Denny at North Ave. From the difficult (when my 2009 Nissan Armada blew the diffy) to the not so difficult when I discovered an obstruction in the radiator of my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. I have had them replace front ends, brakes, tires, AC, power steering units, water pumps, fuel pumps, wheel bearings, sensors, exhausts, alignments you name it. They do great work and are always courteous, timely and thoughtful. I have a fleet of vehicles from full size dodge pickups to Honda, Jeep, GM, Kia, Nissan and Infiniti -it doesn't matter they can fix them all. North Ave has been my sole sourced automotive mechanic since 2006 and I see no reason to change. They get the big things AND the little things right. In the rare instance that something wasn't as I expected, I let Denny or Paul know my concern and they jumped on it to get it right. Thanks Denny, Paul and the rest of the gang at North Ave! North Ave came highly recommended to us. We brought our Cadillac in for a noise. We found out it was the differential. Now our year Cadi had 3 different rear ends built. Ours was the one they discontinued. Denny called the motor company, and spoke with an engineer. Eventually Denny made the point that this was a company problem, not ours. They ordered a replacement differential be built and sent out to North Ave. Denny and the mechanics went over and above to fix this problem. We will always take our vehicles to them! read more

I've been taking my 04 chevy express here for a couple of years now and have had everything done from exhaust problems, replacing an oil pump, radiator, alternator, and some minor other problems. These guys have always found the problem and corrected it. I just want to thank them for working on something that most won't touch , and was done right. The dealership mentioned that all of my tires are in fact 6/32 and they measured them multiple times. so was I lied to ? Because they simply didn't feel like doing the work, it's unclear. I was then told that I had an oil leak. In fact I do not have an oil leak. Someone messy poured oil into in area, causing it to slowly drip down in several places underneath the vehicle. I've lost an entire Friday thinking that I needed two new tires and to repair an engine leak. I was essentially overcharged and lied to and was not given a tire rotation as requested then told I needed additional work done on my vehicle when in fact, I did not. I wish there was a way to give this place zero stars. It's been a headache for no reason. I can't tell if these men are simply misogynistic and predators or if they're idiots. Additionally, I sent an email requesting possibly an alignment to see if perhaps that's why the tread on my tires has gone down so quickly. I was ignored. I suppose Customer Service is only for white people and men at this location. Please avoid this location if you do not fit these parameters.
