My second time coming here. Last time i took my bro in law and my bff for a foot and body pampering. Yesterday took my sister and baby mama to try out here. This place was still awesome like last time. The manager was funny, nice and very sweet. Definitely recommend to those with lower back pain! The manager took great care of me and he definitely got most of knots out and hit all my pressure points. My sister is preggo, and her first time getting massage and she say it was good. Absolutely horrible!!! I was looking for a new place to get my weekly massages and I decided to call upon this horrible establishment. I tried asking price, what's included, standard questions for a new client to your salon. None of my questions were answered and I just kept being pressured to "come in come in come in" Over and over and over again. It's so demeaning and rude it made me feel like a piece of meat instead of a human being with human questions. 100% certain this is a brothel because when I asked very firmly about the price I was told "shut up, bye" and hung up on. The worst massage I has ever received. Don't waste your money. Massage thereapist did not even use massage oil or lotion until I asked. Did not smooth out muscles, just "scunched" them. Did not even use a true massage technique. This place offers a really good value for those days when you're just like, "I wish someone would rub my feet for a really long time." Go in for the $30 for 60 mins. reflexology that they offer. The first thing I do before I go to a new massage place is I check out their reviews. I have not tried a lot of places due to bad reviews. So when I looked up this particular spa I found them to have overall pretty positive reviews. I called and the lady who answered the phone was super helpful. Their website is really helpful too, they put all their prices on their website, very transparent and I appreciate that. She told me they had an opening the day I called (Saturday) and was able to accommodate my time! She told me $150 for 90 min couples massage which was totally in my budget. Came here a couple of times this last time was the last time. Tony the managers hands smelt like smoke disgusting! Amy was WAY too soft and basically just going with the motion. When we first began we requested to use the chairs with our combo but when it was time to use them they had just sat new people walking in on the chairs and made us go into the room to lay down. Why wouldn't you just ask them to wait until we were finished we only had 10 more minutes??? As we left they had the audacity to ask if we were tipping bc we left 0 as a tip. Smh read more

Do not book online! I booked online, got a confirmation and showed up at my scheduled time. The person had trouble understanding and was expecting someone else. I showed my confirmation email and the manager was called. In front of myself and the others who they were expecting, the tone of conversation was not one of kindness. After several minutes the person placed the phone to my ear and the 'manager' told me they would have to rebook me. I said no thanks and left. I had booked online once before and had no problem being seen. My massage at this experience was okay but the person kept having to answer the phone and was out of the room several times. I have one word for this place: WOW! I seriously was not expecting the service to be as amazing as it was. I was blown away from the beginning by how quickly they were able to fit me in, and then when unforseen circumstances with work made me late, they were graciously able to move my appointment back. So they get an A+ for customer service alone. Now, for the foot massage: if you're expecting JUST a foot massage, you will be in for a pleasant surprise. This is a head to toe massage with a special emphasis on your legs/feet. I wish I had gotten the name of my masseuse because he was AMAZING! He always used the perfect amount of pressure and didn't seem bothered when certain pressure points in my feet made me ticklish or squirmy. lol For $30 for a one hour foot massage, you definitely get more than you pay for. My husband and I went here. We have been to several places like this in Fort Worth, Dallas and California. The majority of the ones we have been to in the past have a hole in the table where your face is and you don't have to move from the big chair where they do your feet to a separate massage place. For me, I prefer to stay in one place. We opted to do the 30/30 - 30 min on feet then get up, move to a massage table for 30 min - this was $55 plus gratuity. There are about 6 big chairs where they do the foot massage all in one room, 3 chairs that you could sit in for the back massage in the same room and 3 massage table rooms (one having 2 massage beds for couples) behind closed doors. During my 30 min foot massage you need to know this is NOT reflexology. it's a foot "massage". My therapist spent the majority of his time on the top of my feet where the bones are and on my shin/calf. I wanted to say something but I didn't want to disturb everyone else in the room. For the price I didn't think it was a good value 1) based on other places I've been and 2) because you can't really relax during either because 30 min isn't that much time before you're getting up and moving. If it was less, I'd reconsider the value part. And, I think during the week (Mon - Thur) they run specials. And, unfortunately, I didn't see the Yelp offer until after I left or that would have saved us some $$. Staff was professional and nice. read more

The 60 minute reflexology massage for $29.99 is a STEAL for what you get: 15-minute chair massage, followed by a 5-10 minute head and shoulder massage in the comfy spa chair, and the rest is all legs and feet! Regarding the body massages though, you get what you pay for. It's not high-end pricing, so I wouldn't personally expect it to be "spa" quality. And you should always tell a masseuse how much pressure you like/don't like. I've been probably a dozen times, and these people were never anything but professional. I love this place! Great 60 minutes of relaxation. I would have given it a 5 star with no problem a few months ago, but the staff has changed and my favorite massage peeps are gone. I use to get my legs and feet really worked on and massaged, but the last few times they have rubbed lotion on my legs and just rubbed around on my feet. I no longer allow them to work on my back in the massage chair because it just aggravates my knots and it is uncomfortable. I need a full deep tissue massage for my back to be worked on. So I just go straight to the leather recliner. Awesome beginning on head, (I usually don't like my face touched, but this is nice) face, arms and then feet and (hopefully again!!) legs. I won't give up going... I'm hoping for my 5 star massage again! It's $30 people! Awesome price. 'My wish list would be to have a barrier of some sort from the chairs to the front desk. The ambiance as you walk into the spa makes you feel relaxed and they haven't even kneaded you yet. The staff is very friendly and courteous. My wife chose the 60-minute foot and body massage for both of us. We sat down next to each other as our feet soaked in individual tubs of warm water. The body massage includes gentle head and face as well as the rest of your body. After they have completed the massage, you really do feel rejuvenated and fresh. Absolutely worst massage I have ever got in my life. It's was supposed to be 30 minutes full body massage then a 30 minute foot reflexology massage. He put my feet in some hot water and then rubbed my head and shoulders for like 15-20 minutes then showed me to a room for the body massage. This is where it went from not good to awful. He actually hurt me much more than anything else. I felt like he actually cause knots instead of work them out. Also as a very open person who's normally not bothered by anyone this guy kinda creeped me out. This is literally the worst massage I have ever received! It went beyond bad. I wish I could give less than 1 star! :( I went and for low back/hip pain and very slight sciatica (I have dealt with for more than 10 years). The woman doing my massage did not apparently understand English, I explained the situation to her. I am all about deep tissue massage. However, she dug into my hip area with her elbow, using all of her weight. She aggravated my piriformis muscle, essentially paralyzing my leg, to the point where I was bedridden for nearly a week. My left leg and foot were completely numb for the last month. More than a month later I'm still not 100% better from her massage, I still have some numbness. I have never had this happen to me before. I went to an acupuncturist twice and a chiropractor trying to fix what this idiot did. This woman is dangerous! She has no idea what she is doing and quite honestly, I highly doubt that she is licensed. Last time I went for a massage was on Camp Bowie and it was called Hollywood spa or Hollywood salon and it was heavenly. Don't torture yourself here! read more

Misleading massage. It was divided into two parts - a fully clothed chair massage for 20 minutes, and then into another room for a back massage. Most of the latter part was done with a blanket over me, so he hardly touched my skin. It was not a relaxing experience, and there was much wasted time during the 55 minutes. It creeps me out when I can feel the massage person's clothing against me, as was the case here. (I will not call him a therapist, because I did not feel like I got a professional massage). To top it off, there is a Karate studio on the other side of the wall, and I could hear the students yelling the entire time. I will not return. read more
