The Latham location was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. The office was clean, spacious, and welcoming. I was greeted right away, completed new patient paperwork, and was taken back within a few minutes. After discussing my concerns with the technician, Dr. Menon came in shortly after. She was warm, upbeat, and thorough. She carefully examined the areas I mentioned and determined they were not cancerous, which was a huge relief. After waiting months for the appointment, getting clear answers and reassurance meant a lot. Checkout was smooth and there were no insurance issues. Now, I'm from the 90s. I have spent years attempting to regrow my over plucked brows.
