I told her I wasn't seen and problem wasn't addressed because her staff scheduled me wrong and she gave me attitude demanding the paperwork. At this point, they had already wasted my time because I showed up to an appointment that was scheduled wrong and now this woman wants me to fill out paperwork with my personal information for what? She ended up stopping me at the elevator and called the office manager because I couldn't leave without giving her those papers. She was incredibly rude and unpleasant since the moment I checked in. The receptionist gives the first and last impression your customers get at your clinic. Maybe this woman needs a little training on how to talk to clients.
