I am sad I have to vent here but I have a sliver of hope that others will take this review…read moreseriously and will run from Lincare , I have been in customer service position for 14 years, different employers, small and large businesses. I have trained numerous C.S. personell, So must note the employee are OK trying to provide service to customers , yet not having a defenetive phone que system plus exteremely lengthy hold time , 45mins, to 82 mins. was my experiences, gets customers on the edge. Then they pass you on to another facility ( remote location) you then start from scratch. This has been going on for two month. I got my prescription early Nov. they got my insurance approval Mid Nov. They recieved the machine, early December , they noted we will call you in 48 hours to schedule fitting and pick up for the CPAP. today is Dec 20 th . I am on hold. Supervisor ( Kelly) tells me this is their normal practice and I should be happy that I have a machine,( I don't though) they have been paid god knows how much and I am on hold. I hope this helps you and all the best !

Approximately one year ago, I needed to get a CPAP machine based on the results of a sleep study…read morethat I had conducted. I received 2 referrals to companies so that I could get fitted for a mask and paired up with the right machine. One of the companies was located in Alexandria and the other was Lincare in Warrenton, VA. I talked with both companies on the phone, and immediately, started to feel comfortable with this location of Lincare. I set up an appointment so I could go through the process of getting my CPAP machine and mask. When I arrived for my appointment, I was paired up with their resperatory therapist. She provided demonstrations of many of the available masks and machines. My one-on-one appointment lasted over an hour. However, I was very comfortable with the patience provided me to ensure I had the right equipment and felt comfortable with using it, adjusting it, etc. I later learned from a neighbor, who's brother-in-law went to the "other place" in Alexandria for his mask and machine. He was set up with an appointment - and there were about 40 other people in the same appointment. Getting fitted for a CPAP mask and machine is not something I'd like to do on a mass scale. I can really appreciate the one-on-one appointments that Lincare offers. Very professional!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like people should know what my experience was…read more I went to GoWell Urgent Care twice over a three-week period for severe abdominal cramping and persistent diarrhea. During my first visit I was prescribed an antibiotic that didn't help. When my symptoms continued, I returned and was prescribed a different antibiotic and asked to submit a stool sample. I dropped off the sample and then spent the next 10 days waiting for results while continuing to have significant symptoms. During that time I called the office at least four times. Each time I was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. The only guidance I received was to drink more water, stop taking Imodium, and stop following the BRAT diet by avoiding bananas and applesauce. After 10 days and multiple follow-up calls, I was finally told that my stool sample had been lost or the results couldn't be obtained, and I was asked to come back and repeat the test. By that point, I had spent weeks feeling miserable while relying on the office for answers that never came. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and follow-up was the most frustrating part. If you need treatment for a minor illness, this office may be fine. But if you have an ongoing or more complicated medical issue that requires follow-up, test results, and communication, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL/ER!…read more We took our 3-year-old to the ER after he started vomiting from eating fish, and the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I understand ERs can get busy, but this felt extremely disorganized and unnecessarily time-consuming. 11:07 PM - We arrived and started registration. 11:15 PM - Our son was called back for initial screening (weight, blood pressure, oxygen level, etc.). 11:20 PM - We were sent back to the waiting room and told they were cleaning a room and it would be about a 15-minute wait. 12:10 AM - After waiting nearly an hour, we spoke to staff and explained that we had an infant and another toddler at home with a neighbor and needed to either be seen soon or leave. 12:15 AM - We were finally placed in a room, but the nurse informed us there was only one provider working that night and she could not give us any estimate on how much longer it would take to be seen. We explained again that we had other young children at home and could not stay indefinitely, so we decided to leave. As we were checking out, the receptionist asked if we had seen the provider yet since we had "just gone back." We explained the situation, and after speaking with the nurse, he told us the provider had already gone into the room but we were not there. 12:30 AM - We rushed back to the room, only to be told the provider had moved on to another patient because we weren't inside when he stopped by. 12:59 AM - The provider finally came in, listened to our son's lungs, checked his stomach, and said he seemed to be recovering well since he was sleeping comfortably. He told us he would provide a dose of medication for the night and discharge us. 1:00 AM - The provider left to get the medication and complete discharge. 1:15 AM - After another long wait, we asked the nurse what was taking so long. We were told the medication request was waiting on pharmacy verification. 1:30 AM - A nurse finally brought discharge papers and told us the prescription had been sent to our pharmacy for pickup the next day. We explained that the doctor specifically said he would give us a dose for the night before discharge. She apologized and said she would check with the provider. At 1:45 AM, after hours of waiting for what should have been a very quick visit, we were completely exhausted and left without the medication dose. I understand ERs prioritize critical patients first, but the communication, delays, and constant back-and-forth made this experience far more stressful than it needed to be -- especially with small children involved.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My entire experience with Dr. Singh and his team was an…read moreabsolute disaster from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment only after explicitly confirming with the staff that the doctor could refill my medications. I had just moved to Virginia from Florida on short notice to care for my mother after her heart attack, and I explained clearly that I didn't have a primary care provider here yet and urgently needed my routine prescriptions refilled. The staff assured me--100% guaranteed--that the doctor would take care of it. When I arrived, Dr. Singh immediately told me that his team had "misinformed" me and that he would not be prescribing anything. These are basic, standard prescriptions, that i've been taking for 10 years. I had sent them my medical records and doctor notes ahead of time. Not only was my time completely wasted, but I then received a $150 bill for an appointment where I was essentially bait-and-switched and left without the care I was promised. When I called to address this, the woman who answered the phone was shockingly unprofessional--talking over me, raising her voice, and treating me with outright disrespect. I've never dealt with a medical office that showed such little empathy, professionalism, or basic human decency. I rarely write reviews, but people deserve to know what they're walking into. This office is clearly more interested in billing than in providing actual patient care. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

I was able to get an X-ray done, and Dr. Singh called me after hours to give me an update on the radiologist report. Overall fantastic experience, I will be going here again for any urgent care needs!
