All are fantastic and lead by individuals who are passionate about what they do. My first class was Christ centered yoga led by Hollie. You get a nice massage follow by the cups being placed on you that drawn out the toxins in the body and get your blood circulating to those areas. I found it to be relaxing and helped with some of my sciatica pain. My husband had the same treatment and liked it as well but didn't find it as relaxing as myself. Next I did the Shirodhara.
