I thought he was going to resolve this issue and apologize that I was unhappy. Unfortunately, he also said that I waited too long to contact them which was on Tuesday morning. My massage was Friday night. He mentioned that he contacted his legal department and they recommended that I get another massage from a different therapist and pay for it at a discounted rate. There is no way that I am going to give any more money for a massage when I was definitely cheated out of the one that I paid for. I will be going online to the Massage board website to report this as well as the therapist who performed my horrible massage.

I wanted to give the reader some good information so that you can decide for yourself if this is the place for you. I've been coming to Pathways now for about four months. I originally came because of issues with "tennis elbow". It had been plaguing me for a while and had finally decided to do something about it. I booked online which is easy and my preferred way of doing things. I was a bit surprised when I arrived at the appointed time that this is actually Dave's home. He was warm and inviting when he answered the door. We spent about 15 minutes going over what my problem was and talking about his approach. Before I go into that let me jump ahead a bit and say that The type of massage you get here isn't a "feel good" relaxing type of massage. Dave specializes in Orthopedic issues and the work he does is actually painful. Not so painful that it is unbearable but he is working on problem areas so it isn't a walk in the park. I knew that going in so it wasn't a surprise to me. Dave frequently asks about the level of discomfort you are experiencing and he moderates his pressure so as to not overwhelm you. Now back to the review. Dave's method is to relax the central nervous system first then to work towards the area you are having a problem with. He follows the muscles and connective tissue relaxing it along the way to your trouble spots. When you think about it, this makes perfect sense as any issues leading down to where you think the problem is will only make your problems come back quicker. This works so well that he fixed my tennis elbow in one visit though this is probably a bit unusual. I also didn't wait long before seeking help so that probably played a factor too. Now I see Dave more for general wellness than specific issues. As he works through various muscle groups we find places that are all tied up and as he works them loose I feel so much better. I used to see a chiropractor but now that I see Dave, I don't need to. With the muscles in my back being loosened, I get the same benefit and the results last twice as long as a visit to a chiropractor. If you need the intense therapy of a orthopedic massage therapist, you won't go wrong here.

Just found out that the owner of this establishment and my wife has been having a sexual relationship within the establishment and I feel that his professional way of communicating to women persuade my wife into this unethical situation. This place is by appointment only and when you go in the doors are locked, so it's just you and him and there should be Some way to prevent this type of behavior by professionals establishment that holds a state license . I had trust and payed for professional services and now my wife has just tried to commit suicide and is fighting for her life in the hospital as we speak. I have tried to communicate by text with the owner, and once he found out that it was the husband talking to him he discontinued communicating. I let him know of the situation and still no communication from him at all this place should be shut down, and license should be pulled from them. Shame on the whole establishment.
