Even five minutes of massage work takes effort, let alone an hour or more of nonstop physical labor focused entirely on helping someone else feel better. What many customers fail to consider is that these therapists are not performing one massage a day-they are often working back-to-back sessions for 8 to 10 hours straight. That level of physical effort and endurance takes a real toll on the body. The fact that they continue showing professionalism, patience, and quality service throughout the day deserves genuine respect. Sure, we both got our 90 minutes, but there were areas for both of us that they just sped through and some where we felt they just spent too much unnecessary time on. 7. This didn't change, and I get tipping, but the 32% tipping "suggestion" at the front desk is a slight ick for me. He also said that much of his body massage entailed massaging a lot of bone but not necessarily tissue, although the person was strong. My body massage was just okay. There was a lot of rubbing and pressure point massages but not necessarily getting out knots. Overall it was just fine and the massages themselves were more like 3 stars. For the price, it is a solid massage place -- $50 for a 70-minute combination massage (30-minute foot and 40-minute body). But it's nothing special.
