Lynn is so sweet and she always takes her time! I've been doing my nails here for 2 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. My nails from acrylic to regular nail polish always looks amazing! I'm sure your experience here will depend on which technician works on you-- unfortunately I got a tech that was lazy and disinterested. The manicure was extremely fast---and requests I made such as " can you please shape the corners of the nails" were ignored. I had to go home and redo it all. The pedicure was adequate, but far from great. What concerned me most was the fact that the instruments did not appear to go through sterilization--no thanks, I won't be back. read more

I routinely have my nails and pedicure done here and I won't go anywhere else. If your courteous to the staff they are very friendly and understanding. Don't expect any "extras" here. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other places and they are very honest about what is included in their services. The only downside is upselling constantly but even then as a regular customer they know when I can/want to do it I do and when I don't I pass. read more

I have been going to Relax Spa and Nails for a few years now. The place is always very clean, nicely decorated, and staff is friendly. They seem to always be up to date on the newest technique in nails. If you really want a treat, get an upgrade on the regular pedicure! read more

It's a no for me. I was there yesterday and the lady was so rude. Charged me MONEY to take off my nail polish on my toes because I didn't want to get the deluxe pedicure haha. She scoot my chair so far forward I couldn't even sit back and put my feet in the water like what? Take your business else where. read more

My experience today was horrible. I asked for a full set of gel nails, pedicare and brow waxing. I dealt with three different people all who spoke very little English and a manager who spoke English but had terrible customer service skills. I asked the first lady that was supposed to do my nails if she could use a nail file on my nails because my nails are very sensitive. She stormed off telling me that maybe 15 years ago they would have done with a nail file but today they used drills. I explained that around the cuticles was ok, but not on the entire nail. Then a manager assigned another girl to tend to me. That employee obviously works without supervision or guidance and her appalling behavior is condoned by the management. The lady that finally did my nails, did use a drill on the cuticles, but did not clean around the cuticles she just glued the tips and proceeded with the process. Then the manager on duty tried to sell up by wanting me to buy shellac for an extra $15. Keep in mind that this was to be applied over the gel nails. I finally agreed after their persistence. The entire time that the lady who is doing my nails stood at the pedicure chair. At no time did she ask me to wash my hands, nor did she use cuticle trimmers. I was also getting a pedicure from a Tammy who was very kind and professional. I was not watching the nail technician the entire time because there are two services performed at the same time. When the nail technician walked away I thought she would be back. Instead I saw her curled up in one of the pedicure chairs sleeping. There was still powder residue under my nails and the job was not finished. When I asked her about it, she said they I had not asked for a manicure just for a set of nails. The manager agreed with her. They are also not very clean. The floors in the waxing room were filthy and it appears that they use the same towel for their customers to lay on for waxing. I believe that this business lacks professionalism, integrity and professional management on staff. I also believe that they should have better communication skills. I would never give this business the time of day ever again. read more

My sister and I just took our daughters. This place is HORRIBLE. So horrible we, in fact, just walked out mid-service. We requested that they wash our daughters' feet, cut their nails and paint them. I must have said this 3 times. This is a service we regularly ask other nail salons to do for our girls and we usually pay $10 per kiddo. Additionally, I asked for a manicure and pedicure for myself. Their idea of "washing" the girls feet was to take a filthy brush that was not sanitized, and dry wash my girls' feet. No soap. No water. When I asked if they could use warm water to wash my daughters' feet they told me it would cost another $5 for a total of $20 each child. Seriously?!? This all occurred all as my feet soaked in freezing water. I asked 3 times if they could warm my water. A girl finally did but rolled her eyes and let out a huge sigh of frustration when she did. At that point, we told them we were leaving. They had the gall to charge me $10 for my freezing foot bath and for dirty brushing the feet of 2 children. Gross and rude. I will NEVER return. read more

I went here this past Sunday the 3 of us had appointments n they made Me wait 45 mins after My appt Time. The lady was very rude and kept starring at me funny made me so uncomfortable. She rushed through My pedicure and My acrylic nails had air bubbles after 2 days. This was not a good experience and I will not be going back here!!! read more

I went in yesterday for a fill and the new guy in there told me to pick out a color in which I did. He applied the nail color in which he kept complaining that the nail color was to light. So I had to pick out another color, he applied it and still said it was to light so he decided to put on a powder that wasn't even nowhere near the color I wanted. It was getting late so he told me to come back the next day but that he wouldn't be working . I still decided to come in and hoped that I can get it fixed. So I came in and got a pedicure and wanted to fix the job that was done the day before. (Mind you the guy who did my nails said he wasn't working in which he was) I finished the pedicure and sat in the chair to get my color changed I showed the lady in front my nails which were already chipping and one hand with my nails was lighter then the other. The lady said I don't see anything wrong then she proceeded to tell me it would be a additional $25 to change the color. Which is completely ridiculous. Based on customer service (which was poor both days) which should be something taken in regard, there should of been some type of accommodation. I did not wait weeks for the mistake to be fixed, I came in the next day. An when I asked the lady if there was a manger she said she was. An I said well this is a really poor way of handling your customers and she pretty much shrugged it off. I've come to this shop consistently and even referred a lot of my friends and family. All I can say is do better. Especially to customers who are loyal to your shop. read more

Amazing service. They are friendly. Depends on which lady you get but some can be aggressive with your hands and feet. Quality is good for prices. I like the punch card programs. At least it's something to give back to the customers. You have to tell them what you need specifically, the owners/managers speak most english so you can tell them what exactly you need done. read more

On a last minute shopping trip I ran in here to get a full set before a trip. Boy am I glad I did!! Walked right in, got a chair and got exactly what I asked for. Sonny is the best nail tech in the city hands down!! His creative vision with nail design is incomparable.. I can show him any look from instagram and he kills it everytime.. I've had Becky give me shellac pedicures three times now and she does a fabulous job. She is friendly and speaks English quite well. I would recommend her services to anyone. The price for a shellac pedicure is $40 compared to $50 and above elsewhere. My pedicures last about 2 months before my toes have grown out. read more

I went here on a recommendation from a co-worker. When I first walked in I felt like it was very eerie. There was no music or tv playing and hardly anyone talking. I felt out of place and there were no decorations at all, just a shell of a salon. I got a shellac mani which was okay service. All he did was trim my cuticles, paint my nails, and slap a dab of lotion on, no hand massage and didn't do a good job at filing my nails. The pedicure was average too, she at least took some time to really polish them up. There was no massage either just some pounding on my calves and feet (???) and barely scrubbed my heels-- I still have dry patches. It just seemed like everything was done with no care or effort. I'm also not sure they cleaned the tub before I got my pedicure because after the lady before me all they did was take an old sponge out and run it around the tub basin quickly with no product from what I saw. Their prices are good but the same as much nicer salons so I won't be going back. read more
