The receptionist was very apologetic and offered compensation for the mistake in online scheduling. Upon conversation with the owner Chad, we were able to come to a resolution for the appointment that didn't happen. I'm very appreciative of the manner Chad handled the situation, made it right, and made me "want" to go back. The spa atmosphere was delightful and the staff handled a potentially negative situation professionally. Go again? Absolutely!!!!

Every business takes cash as payment, but she couldn't figure out how to use the register. Was NASTY and RUDE the whole time I was there and spooked the other girl, so my procedure was messed up. I had to get it redone. This receptionist gets up from behind her desk and physically pushed me out a door I was leaving. She also became profane and I was scared she was going to get violent so I left. IDK how this person has a job. They knew I had just lost my mother, yet she became quite unhinged and sent the police to my house where we are grieving, instead of just sending a letter discharging me as a patient. I decided not to press charges. Management did not offer any compensation for my messed up procedure.

Knowing that I was coming from so far away, you would think they would call to cancel the appointment, but that was not the case. They then scheduled another appointment, and expected me once again to use my limited vacation time to get to the appointment. I will not be returning.

To boot the massage was close to torture, I asked for "hard pressure" but this guy went past that point - I take regular massages and know what hard feels like - this guy clearly had no professional training. I was sore for three days. Oh! and I also got sick... One more thing. Vermont doesn't require ANY training just that you register. As of early 2026, a Vermont bill (H.623) has been introduced that would replace the registration system with a full licensure system for massage therapists and certain establishments, but it has not yet taken effect.
