The receptionist was very apologetic and offered compensation for the mistake in online scheduling. Upon conversation with the owner Chad, we were able to come to a resolution for the appointment that didn't happen. I'm very appreciative of the manner Chad handled the situation, made it right, and made me "want" to go back. The spa atmosphere was delightful and the staff handled a potentially negative situation professionally. Go again? Absolutely!!!!

Great massage! I can only speak to the massages by Chris at this salon, because that is the only…read moreservice I've ever had from Zeina's. Chris is great at his profession and knows how to listen (or feel) where he needs to concentrate his massage on the body. He found many knots and hurting muscles without me even saying anything. I like very deep massages and often have a hard time finding a massage therapist who can really get down to push hard and find the right spots to work on. I also play roller derby and my body gets a pretty bad beating from the full contact. He did a superb job both times I've gone to see him. I will for sure be going back for massages in the future. He's super polite and seems to love his job. I highly recommend going to see him for a massage! Very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, you don't hear the noise of the salon right outside the door. Wonderful experience!

The Doctor explained each treatment throughly, and made almost painless injections due to her steady hand and perfect placement. This was my first visit and I'm very impressed. At my previous Medical Spa, I would see the doctor very rarely, almost always being treated by a technician. Being treated by the doctor directly, in a calm, non-rushed manner was fantastic.
