This was mine and my daughter's first time going to this place to receive 2 foot massages. When I called to make an appointment, I was never told their policy is to take payment first so I was confused once I got there and was expected to pay prior to receiving service. Clearly, out of confusion I questioned why would I pay before receiving the service since that's not customary. As I was actually about to reach for my wallet to go ahead and pay since we were already there and I drive 20mins and didn't want to waste gas. Then the lady at the desk said to me, "... you can go." Needless to say, we left & services were never rendered. Would have been nice to have known their policy when I called to schedule an appt. If this is their policy, they should make it known on the website and prior to appointments and not be rude when people inquire about it. read more

The first time I went to this place, the massage was great.I also had cupping and hot stone, and felt great after that. Since I suffer from spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia and crps, massage is a part of the therapy, and I do it every other week. Being very satisfied the first time, two weeks layering went to the same place, expecting the great massage again. Sadly, that didn't happened. The girl that did the massage had no idea what she was doing. She was just pushing down with her hands, and her elbow, that made me leave in so much pain that hasn't been this bad in a long time. 1. The room was freezing 2. They gave me a hospital gown. As in no blanket, at all. 3. She literally massaged me 80% of the time through a towel. Like a towel was sandwiched between my back and her hands. 4. She had NO idea what she was doing. She massaged my spine, and the massage was uneven. 5. The hot stones FINALLY warmed me up. And then got a hot towel and placed it on my back, but the hot towel got cold fast and instead of using the dry towel haphazardly thrown across my butt. I was gifted a groupon for here and went today. When I called to schedule the appointment the women on the phone spoke almost no english and got frustrated that I couldnt understand her. Only thing I understood was her asking if 7pm was ok and I said yes. She than told me ok and hung up on me. I went at 7pm and when I walked in,it took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and when they did, I was told to come back and wait. Again,speaking very little english, so for some reason instead of waiting in the waiting room on the couch, she had me sit on the side of one of the massage table beds which was extremely uncomfortable. 25 minutes went by without anyone saying anything to me,I was about to leave when I was ushered to a back room. She told me to lay down after putting my things in a basket, I honestly couldnt understand what she told me but I did what I thought sje said and waited while laying down with my top off. There I waited another 15 minutes for anyone to say anything or come to me. I have never felt so uncomfortable and I actually was about to start crying. The dirty looks the 2 female staff gave me were enough to make me want to leave(presumably from using a groupon) before being completely ignored. Finally after such a long wait, a guy comes into the room and asks if im ready. Jack was the person I had give me a massage and even though there was a frustrating language barrier,he was sweet and gave me a wonderful massage. It felt great. Unfortunately, he had to stop a few times to answer the door when new customers came in and honestly I dont believe I got 50 minutes of time but my hot stone combination massage was still very relaxing and nice. I wish I enjoyed it enough to come back but the staff and experience beside the actual massage was incredibly stressful and upsetting. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and explained how there was a misunderstanding and 2 late clients right before me,as well as the woman who spoke to me on the phone had to leave early that day.
