I understand that this is a preference though so that may be ideal for some. The part that really took away stars for me was that she thoroughly massaged my feet and then, shortly after, moved to massaging my forehead and temples. I was cringing the entire time she's touching my face thinking that she was just touching my feet.

Then, he shows up to the shop, completely ignores me, serves a customer who purchased a Groupon (in which I'm paying full price), and completely ignores me. How dare someone expect you to pay money on a service that is not well-described and are unable to answer any questions that a customer may h It was pretty awful, especially as you come to these places to feel relaxed and now I'm more worked up then I was before I came. Poor service all the way around.

I love that she has online booking on Booksy, which is super convenient. She recently rolled out a new body scrub service which is so perfect and what I've been needing and wanting to try. I'm glad the experience is with her. She scrubbed me down, and it exfoliated my skin in hard to reach areas. She also incorporated some massage in the service too, which is much appreciated, and I had to tell her to not tease my body too much since I know I'm overdue for a massage session with her. I have this foot medical condition and they told me they can provide me a plantar fasciitis massage to ease the pain. Wow, I felt so relieved afterward.
