Today went for my free one . I filled my card and paid my dues to get this free one. Well it got interrupted not once but twice at 5 minutes piece. At the end my time was not replaced for the 2 intrusion during my massage. So I got jipped on 10 minutes. Well because it was my free one I didn't bring my wallet in and had cash on me . Well it was only 5$. Crappy yea kind of but my mistake. But the last made a huge deal about it. Pointing to the sign that says recommend tips. I said look normally I abide by this but I didn't have enough cash and then you jipped me 10 minutes. And I told her it's a recommended tip not that I "HAVE" to tip that. Amazing. So glad I finally had chance to come here today. Coco was great. Strong hands and she worked it too. Felt so good. I would definitely come back. I guess the only criticism if I'm being overly picky would be that they might want to consider maybe a screen by the front desk to shield the clients from the outside noises and other patrons as they enter and leave, completing their transactions. Nor did you have signs in your store stating such policy, regarding Groupon vouchers or any other policy for that matter, besides talking quietly. This is by far my favorite place to get a massage! No where can beat the price. I usually do the "So Feet Relax Special", which is $30 for a 60 minute massage. It includes hot stones and putting your feet in warm water. The masseuse always asks if the pressure is okay as well. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. They give you a bottle of water after every massage too. Also, I've seen a lot of reviews about the workers not being fluent in English... who cares? BEWARE! This place is wack if you have a Groupon! No where in the fine print for their Groupon does it say 'limit 2 people using a Groupon at one time regardless if you know the other people using one or not'. They took the reservation a few days before the appointment, never asked if a Groupon was being used and then when called today to confirm the appointment, they cancelled because 2 other people at the time were using a Groupon as well and they didn't want to bring more staff. But if you were paying full price then they could apparently take you. Ridiculous! There are better options for a better massage that don't treat customers this way. read more

When I told her I had a groupon she said no they have no availability's anymore, only if I had cash or credit card. Then when I was trying to clarify the situation she hung up on me. The language barrier wasn't there until I said Groupon. When I went on their website the groupon deal is the same as the regular price. No deal whatsoever. First of all I bought a Groupon which made it seem like a good deal, when I got there I found out my "Groupon Deal" was the same price as their every day price, NOT A DEAL! The massage area is too close to the entrance and you hear the door opening and since there is no receptionist someone has to stop working on their client and tend to the person who enters. I love this place! They always take good care of you. I like that they try their best to keep the place quite and serene except when people come in and talk really loud on their phone or with each other. I mean you're in the middle of your massage and some customer started talking so loudly while waiting for their turn. They should put up a sign to tell people to keep it down. There's really nothing blocking the noise besides the curtains. But other than that, this place is amazing! I've been here a few times and always love it. I've had Jamie and Lillie and they're both awesome at what they do! You can't beat the price!!! They're so welcoming and tending for your needs! And I think it's easier if you bring your own flip flops before hopping on to the bed. I love that the lighting is dark inside and they cover your eyes once they start the massage. If they had zero stars I would rate it at that. DO NOT buy a Groupon and try to use it here. I made a reservation for 3 of us and when I called to reconfirm my 7pm appointment, the gentleman that answered this time asked right away if I had a coupon. I was not asked that when I made the reservation 2 days ago. When I told him I did, he asked which one. I told him we all had Groupon vouchers and he said he wouldn't accept them for 3 people. I asked why and he said it's 1 voucher per customer which is what we have. He then said he only has 2 people working and he wouldn't bring another one to work if it was for a Groupon. I have used Groupons for other spas like VIP salon on Clark St and Relax Feet on Clybourn (both are exceptional) and have gone with 3-4 people each time and NEVER been turned away. I will be asking Groupon for a refund. If you want to have a girls night out, go somewhere else where they treat you well. read more
