Although the facility seems fairly small the seem to provide an extensive selection of medical equipment and supplies, equipment ranging from wheel chairs and canes to custom orthotics. I was worried when I stopped in to Florida Mobility, a mom and pop looking shop. Loads of merchandise CRAMED into a small strip mall shop. But I felt instantly comfortable talking about my unique needs. Maybe it was his limp, understanding why I wanted a 3 wheel, not a 4. We sat and talked about my ideas of transporting it and he told me his experiences and set me straight. I said I liked the Buzzaround best, but liked the larger seat on the huge model. Next thing I know, he said I can pay an upgrade fee and take it with the extra big seat....I now had a perfect scooter, one that doesn't exist in any catalogs. He then made me take it apart and put it together, so he was happy with my knowledge of it. OK, it's a little mom and pop store, but I was treated as a friend. I recommend them 100%. The 2 lousy reviews are why I wrote this. This store deserves a try, it's NOT a huge chain, it's just a couple of caring people, solving mobility problems for regular folks!!

This is not a minor customer service issue. This is prescribed medical equipment that I need for my sleep apnea, and the lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. At this point, I do not even know if my order is being processed or if it has fallen through the cracks completely. I understand delays can happen, especially with medical equipment and insurance, but there is no excuse for leaving a patient with no information after multiple attempts to reach the office. A simple return call would have made a huge difference. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
