I used them for the first time a year ago to install a lift for my power wheelchair and they were very helpful, knowledgeable and on time with the services. The device has worked Perfectly since being installed. The team at the store will take time to look it over each time we come in to make sure all is well...who gives that kind of service nowadays. Thanks Omar (master installer) I remembered they had a huge display of power lift recliners so i figured I would give them a try. I called the floor sales manager Randy and let him no i would be coming by and would like to discuss a new chair and i was living with a nonfunctional chain and relegated to my bedroom most of the time. When I arrived, Randy had selected a couple of manufacturer products to look at and try. I asked about other chair options, and he said he selected specific chairs for my size and my medical needs. We greed on the purchase and he guaranteed me i would have it by the end of the following week. There was a mix up with the shipping of the chair from the manufacturer BUT the Team at Florida Mobility KEPT THEIR WORD. On the delivery date I was not sure I would see the delivery happen.
