These folks were great and Gloria went out of way to assist me. I was traveling from Virginia to Fort Lauderdale and left my CPAP power cord at home. After calling 8 places I got Gloria (Local CPAP) on the telephone. She was able to set up a pick up for me in Daytona Beach while I was traveling through. We were driving to the airport, about to take off for a week long trip to Florida, when my wife realized she forgot one of her CPAP pieces back home. Sheer terror engulfed us all. Without it, it was going to be Snoreapalooza 2018 and everyone in the family dreaded the thought. It was Saturday at 10am and were in a taxi, so what the hell were we going to do? My wife reached out to her insurance mandated CPAP company but they said they couldn't get anything to us until Tuesday, which was obviously too late. We debated turning back to pick it up, but we reflexively decided to do a quick internet search which led us to Local CPAP. We called them up and they said they could deliver the piece to our hotel in just a few hours, even though it was a Saturday and short notice. I went to this location just shortly after being placed on the CPAP and the young lady that was working the day after Thanksgiving showed me things about the mask in a few minutes that I had not known from my first appointment. She showed me how to break it down and told me how clean it. She also told me about liners that I could get to protect my skin. Even though I don't purchase the bulk of my supplies, because I receive them via the VA, when I need something that they won't supply, I will definitely purchase from this store if they have a supply of what I need. I give this small CPAP store 5 stars because it was the weekend, they were closed, I needed a travel CPAP machine because mine wasn't working. (Long story). And I was on vacation. I never met any of there employees. My experience was strictly from phone conversations. But their advice on how to get my CPAP working and their willingness to make a quick appointment for me on Monday was like talking to lifetime friends.
