I booked a 20 minute chair massage and specifically requested that the therapist focus on my neck and lower back due to ongoing pain in those areas. Unfortunately, those areas were barely addressed at all. Instead, the massage felt extremely rough and uncomfortable the entire time. Toward the end, it genuinely felt like I was being hit in the back of the head while he was working on my back. I typically always leave a tip, but in this case, I chose not to because I was unhappy with the service. As I was leaving, the receptionist called me back into the store to point out a sign stating that tips are recommended. I explained that tipping is optional and left. The interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and I felt uncomfortable as I walked out. This experience was upsetting from start to finish. Please do better....

When I stepped inside the business, there was no one at the reception desk there, while two Asian women were sitting on the couch, staring at me curiously without saying a word as if they were completely surprised by my presence.
