I sprang for a "journey" package which included a few things that I will outline below: 90 min Higher Realm CBD Massage - Dale was fantastic. They made sure I was comfortable and communicated well through the process. It was a bit more movement than I've experienced for a massage before but found it really quite enjoyable. Aura Photography Reading - Lex was kind and listened to what I had to say and used both that information and my photo to dive in deeper to my life. Obviously it's all a little "woo woo" but there are certainly learnings that can be taken from it. I love card readings because they help me critically think about things. She was great and I would love to come back and see if and how my reading changes in 6 months - 1 year. She seemed very knowledgable. Infrared Sauna - This was the part I wasn't very excited about but it was super pleasant. There are different options that change the temperature and the run time of the sauna. My cycle was for "pain relief" which I found to be hot but not to the sweating point. Included was a CBD gummy as well as a glass of kombucha. Massage Bar was on its way to closing down when I came through for a quick 10 minute foot massage. They gave me a hot neck wrap and I got to lean back in a most comfortable chair. Unfortunately, and I assume because it was the end of the day, my massage was rather light. I typically like more strong and intense massages. My feet are sensitive so lighter is better but this just didn't cut it. Yeah, it got me off my feet and into a relaxed chair with some warmth around my neck but that was about it. No worries though, I haven't written it off based on that. I'm thinking massage places would do really well to start setting up more branches in airports like this to catch weary travelers on a long layover.

The chairs and workstations are clean and super comfortable. I got a massage from head to lower back to my fingertips and had the BEST 15 minutes I ever had. Toward the end, I was asked if I wanted to extend a few more minutes and believe me, if I had more time I would have extended for 2 more hours. The therapist gave me the time and space I needed so we didn't talk at all during massage but she made sure I was comfortable and asked me to let her know if I want more/less pressure. I can not say enough good things about this place but since I have only tried it once, maybe I was a great match with that particular therapist. Either way, I think it's so much better than sitting at the waiting area to be boarded. It's too bad the place is after the security so you'd have to have a boarding pass, or I would go there everyday! Definitely worth the try.
