Me and my wife went here for a couple's massage. We did not have an appointment, however they do take walk-ins...bad idea. They put us in the front where only curtains block you from the waiting room, while you change and get on the table. The male massue started to give me a massage and told my wife "5 minutes" and closed her curtain, separating us. After 10 minutes there still was no massues for my wife. Then after 20 minutes I stopped mine and asked where was the other massue? They never had another massues ready and lied to us. Instead of telling us from the beginning they are not able to do both massages; they blantly lied. When we originally walked in there were a male and female massue. When we left there was just the male and a new female massue just arrived... I gave him $20 to cover the 20 minutes of service. However, we will never be back and I do not recommend here for couples massages. read more

I scheduled a 90 minute massage and when I arrived was told they had another person coming in so I could only get 60 min. I should have known then that my experience would not be great, but it was my first time there, and it's really close to where I live I asked for a combination deep tissue/ Swedish massage, but it was more Swedish. I have been spoiled with receiving amazing Thai massages, so my expectations were maybe higher than most. They were having a special, so the good news is that I did not pay full price. But that said, the massage was not great and I will not be returning. My wife has everything she needs/wants and can be impossible to shop for. It was her 60th birthday and I needed that big prize. This was a hit. Walking distance from our home but they have decent parking too. I picked up a gift certificate and got her a 90 minute private room massage. She has nothing but great things to say since going. She noted she usually goes back to normal the next day and even a few days later she was feeling extra relaxed. Grandma works full time and babysits her days off, this was the needed 90 minute get away. She commented how professional and knowledgeable the guy was and identified "problem spots" that seemed to hold her stress. The place is pretty big, you can enter from front and back, many beds and private room options too. I think this was the best gift response I remember so Im thinking this should be birthday, mothers day, grandmas day, nurses day and any future celebration for my awesome wifey. read more

Communication was horrible. They ignored me in reception area as nobody ever came to front desk. I foolishly waited after calling their contact number being assured there was a therapist finishing up. I made an appt and told them I had a Groupon. The therapist scanned my Groupon so I thought all was good. Wouldn't honor Groupon and tried to "collect" in cash AFTER massage. Summary: They didn't state there was a problem with payment before massage. I waited an hour and 15 minutes past my appt before anyone on site acknowledged I was there. Communication was horrible. I'll never return to this establishment due to deceit and poor business practices. Oh yeah, it's under new ownership, so previously they may have been a good place to get a massage. read more

Very relaxing experience here on multiple occasions. I'm able to book this place last minute, which is important to me because of my schedule. My massages here have been great - very relaxing, but deep enough to be therapeutic. Price point is perfect for me. It's clean and calming inside. Only one comment - on one occasion it seems that family members of the owner had taken up residence on the couch in the front lobby doing something. Just a bid odd and crowded up there. Highly recommend. I've purchased gift cards here and sent family members to enjoy a private room with an hour and 30 minute body and foot massage. The reviews were amazing so I personally went myself and when I'm having one of those days, I go in and get a foot massage in the public room, which is really quiet and clean. When I feel like I want an hour body massage with a 30 minute foot massage, I pay for the private room. I really like the style of massage because it's very much focused on pressure point and it's very close to the sports massages that I typically get. Worst experience I've ever had. My girlfriend booked us a couples massage for 4:30. When we arrived, they told us they could only start one of us while the other would have to wait 15 minutes. Apparently one of the employees had been taking a nap and then claimed she was sick. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes and no one ever came back or gave any updates. I had no choice but to walk out. Extremely unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They should be ashamed of how they run their business. read more

Had a really pleasant experience and a very solid massage here. The place is spotless, which I wasn't expecting. LOL the bathroom smelled nice. Even the sheets are better than most places. I don't remember the name of the guy who massaged me but it was really good--strong without being painful. I was in desperate need of a good massage for neck pain and lower back pain that I had been dealing with for two weeks. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was so impressed. The place was clean, professional, and comfortable. My masseuse was very attentive to checking in with the pressure and I really appreciated how much care he put into making me comfortable. Just had a massage here. Nothing really good. I got the upper back .... $40 for 1/2 hour. And tipped $10 even though I wasn't happy. I won't be back. Why?... because the person giving the Massage, had no clue in terms of technique or massaging. ‍. What else can I say. And yes, I asked her to press harder, and then even harder, and I could tell she was trying her best. But she just had no idea on how to get in between the shoulder blades. Very confusing to me, because that was the entire focus of the massage, right? I need to do is put your elbow there and barely put any pressure, and you will do the job. Again, what can I say? 1st off, I don't write reviews... BUT I HAVE to because I don't want this place to ever close down, and this place deserves the attention. I had pretty much given up on massages, I never really found a place that deserved my money. Not even the expensive ones, or the fancy ones at resorts, none ever left me wanting to spend the money again. And I concluded that perhaps I'm just too hard to please. Then my wife told me about this place, saying it was the best she ever had, but it had closed down for whatever reason. Well, we drone past by it and she noticed it had opened again (under new management), and she started freaking out, excited, relieved, that this place might be back. We booked an appointment the same day, and now I believe in massages . I've found it! I need to go here every week. The hot stones was a pleasant surprise, they're generous with the oil, she hit all the spots... I was damn near falling asleep (that never happens to me during a massage). If it wasn't for the fact that I started thinking about writing a review to help ensure this place stays open forever, I probably would have fallen asleep. The massage WASN'T great at ALL in the first place!!! The owner has the AUDACITY to DEMAND & FORCED a $10 tip per person for an hour foot massage (for two). Ridiculous!!! You work for your tip! I feel bad writing a bad review but the massages were not good. We used to come to location when it was Revive and it was great. We saw this place had 5 star reviews and wanted to give it a shot. I went with my boyfriend for a couples massage. I had a man whose cell phone was vibrating right next to my head the whole time and it was just not a good massage. I've been to other pricey massage places in HB and I gotta say, I got the best massage here at Relaxyyy for a much better price. Under new management, the quality of the massage I received was a lot better compared to the previous owners.
