I called Relia-Tech to see if this technological impaired person (me) could get help with the Internet. I tried installing a new modem from Spectrum and messed it up and disrupted my connection by then fiddling around with my Orbi router. Paul to the rescue! He was on time and such a nice understanding young man. Got me up and running and answered all my questions and also advice. He's very knowledgeable. These guys rock! I had a big meeting for work coming up and my Dell XPS 18 Touch Screen went crazy and I couldn't get pass the sign in screen. It looked like someone was repeatedly touching the touch screen and the cursor was jumping all over the screen. They were able to restore my computer and fixed this issue quickly. Relia-tech is a great shop! All of their techs are very personable and knowledgeable. I've had some awful experiences with the bigger name tech groups who charge you whether they fix your computer or not or just don't know how to fix the problem. My office computer is on the older side so I was afraid when I got a virus it wouldn't be salvageable, but their tech Chris was able to get rid of it AND had old versions of the drivers needed for it. He was also update my software so it's running WAY faster. Bottom line, GREAT service, I'd recommend them for any business or home both because you are treated like a person and because they really know what they're doing. Thanks guys! read more

I took my computer in to be serviced. When I got it back, it was working better, but still freezing up and it was slower than usual, among other things. I had promptly paid for the service in full when I picked it up. I was out of town off and on for the next 2 months, but took it back in as soon as I was back home on a regular basis. When I picked it up, there wasn't any mention of a second charge and I didn't expect to pay one since it wasn't running up to par. Unfortunately, it is still running exactly the same as before I took it in the second time. Two and a half weeks later, I received an additional bill, only this one also had my brother's name on it. He hasn't even been in California for 8 years! And, the date of service was a week after I picked it up. By the way, it took them 2 days before they called to ask for my password to get into my computer, and 4 days before it was fixed! I called and asked to speak to the owner or manager. J.R. promptly returned my call and I explained everything to him as best I could because he kept cutting me off. He asked what I wanted to do, have it fixed again or forget the second billing. His condescending manner forced me to not have them fix it again. I told him I didn't want to bring it back to them and to just write-off the bill. His childish answer to that was "Well, I was just going to say that we didn't want you to come back". WOW!!! My friend that suggested this business apologized to me and said that she had meant to tell me not to go to them because she also had a bad experience with them after she had recommended them. I gave them 1 star because at least they forgave the second billing. read more

I was having major problems with booting my computer. I couldn't get it to start up no matter what I tried. I googled some of the closer place to me and Relia Tech had good reviews so I decided to try them. Everything from my first call to me actually bringing in my computer was so quick and easy. At this point I was freaking out because all of my pictures and videos of my 2 children since they were born were on it and I thought for sure I had lost everything..
