While the truck was apart, Alex performed a thorough inspection and pointed out a few other items that were worth addressing. We ended up installing new lower control arms, upgrading to a GX460 steering rack, Marlin Crawler cam tab subframe reinforcements and spindle gussets, and having him install suspension as well. As someone who's new to the 4x4 world, I really appreciated how communicative Alex was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and gave honest recommendations based on how I actually plan to use the vehicle rather than trying to upsell unnecessary parts. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent, and I left feeling much more confident in both the build and my understanding of it. 10/10--I'd absolutely recommend SupremeFab to anyone looking for quality off-road fabrication, suspension work, or drivetrain upgrades.

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. When I spend 5K I EXPECT PERFECTION…read more Go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and read my formal complaint. If I have to describe in one word... Horrible! If I have to describe in 4 words: Over Promise, Under Deliver. Total Auto Solutions didn't take any pride whatsoever in their craftsmanship when it came to my vehicle. I recommend carefully reviewing all feedback before choosing this business. I paid approximately $5,000 expecting professional, high-quality work, but my experience did not meet those expectations. The "showroom detail" I paid for was not completed as described. My vehicle was returned in essentially the same condition--seats were not shampooed, interior was not properly cleaned, and no ceramic protectant coating appears to have been applied. The mats were simply glossed, and even basic cleaning like vacuuming and thorough wash was NOT done. This company took advantage of the fact that the interior of my car was already relatively clean (because it was purchased only one month ago,) so they opted to do nothing and say they detailed it and put the ceramic coating while charging me the bargain price of $500 at a discounted rate. Luis told me my car would be put on a lift and i'd receive a showroom cleaning from top to bottom inside and out. It's Seriously Evil to take advantage of people in this way and then play the victim as if the customer is lying. I'm being asked to pay for services they chose to do to my vehicle instead of what I asked for. They are also attempting to charge me for services NOT performed at all" and for work that is unfinished and installed improperly and not to my satisfaction. Everything that could go wrong went wrong! In addition there are also workmanship issues, including: - Loose and lifted PPF in the rear - Trim that is not properly aligned and appears uneven - Rubber seals that are not sitting correctly - Tint inconsistencies and defects - Areas of damage that were not present prior to service My vehicle was kept for nearly two weeks despite being told it would take only a few days. I was also very clear that I did not want my car driven, yet additional mileage was added while it was in their possession. When I raised concerns and asked how the issues would be resolved, communication stopped and I was referred elsewhere. The tint is much darker than I requested. I was very concerned about it being too dark and getting a ticket because you cannot see in. A employee informed me he would document that they would be responsible for any fix-it ticket if I would receive one, but he did not provide me the final receipt / contract that he said he was providing me instead it was only documented on a printed estimate that he led me to believe was my contract. I believe this was intentional because I don't have a final receipt / contract only an estimate and this notation on an estimate is not legally binding. I did not get the tint installed that I requested and paid for. They even attempted to charge me an additional $350 for paint correction telling me by text that there were chips in my paint. When I asked How many chips there were and where they were located and if they can send me pictures Luis would never send them and suddenly these chips weren't a big deal and were only visible up close. Is it just me or would the first things a reputable and honest company would do be to present the owner with the images of damage they say is there that the owner never saw for themselves before you ask them for more money? Instead when I ask for proof suddenly, it's not a big deal. Well, I guess it wasn't $350 additional dollars worth of paint that needed to be added to my 5k contract that I never received. Additionally, I was told prior to the work being started that their 1k detail would take care of minor blemishes such as minor chips. There were miles added to my odometer after Luis gave me his word my car wouldn't be driven anywhere other than in and out of the garage. This review reflects my personal experience and the condition of my vehicle upon pickup. I have documentation supporting these concerns. If you are considering this business, I strongly recommend doing thorough research before proceeding. It's safe to say I do NOT recommend this business. And yes.... I leave bad reviews for dishonest companies so here goes that!
