She has used this mechanic in the past and said he was honest and trustworthy. We gave her a ride to Mastin Lake Road with hopes her car could be repaired. She visited a well known transmission dealer in town and the manager told her she needed a new transmission to the cost of $4000. The owner of Advent said the problem is in one or both solenoid switches and she didn't need a new transmission. She was relieved! The car spent a night and by the next day when an attempt to start it was made, the transmission would not lock in gear. The problem was diagnosed and repaired for $250.
