Started at Quicklane and Brendon checked me in for service. My wife and daughter were with me and…read morethe plan was to possibly purchase a vehicle for our daughter. Brandy was attentive to making me welcome in the showroom and contacted Ray Johnson who I have had extended warranty purchase sale. He suggested Norvie as my sales consultant who did a yoeman job showing me the available inventory of both new and used vehicles. My daughter and husband had recently purchased a vehicle and Melanie was their sales representative and even after Norvie had invested several hours of his time Melanie was contacted and became our rep. Melanie completed the the purchase of a vehicle and Ray took care of the paperwork. The entire process took several hours of everyones time and energy and all the Woody Anderson's personnel deserve a 5 star rating. Cathy Anderson has assembled a great team. I bought my first new Ford vehicle in 1959 and this is somewhere near number 18.

I am providing an update to my previous reviews because this situation continued to escalate, and I…read morefeel it is important for others to understand the full experience my family and I have had with Woody Anderson Ford. From the beginning of this process, I have experienced ongoing issues, stress, and hardship. If you follow my reviews from the original repair situation until now, you will see the timeline of everything my family has been put through. What should have been a situation handled with communication and customer care has turned into an absolute nightmare. Throughout this entire process, I have maintained constant communication with Woody Anderson Ford. I never avoided their calls or messages, refused to cooperate, or attempted to keep their loaner vehicle. When they requested the return of their loaner, I communicated clearly that I was not available that day due to prior obligations. I asked if I could return the vehicle the following Tuesday, and I was told that was okay. I was also told that law enforcement had been notified not to pursue anything further. Despite all of this communication, I was treated as though I was stealing or hiding their vehicle, neither of which was true. I never hid their vehicle. I park my vehicle in a garage every single day for safety and security, and that was unfairly interpreted as me trying to conceal it. I immediately clarified that I would never do something like that. The reality is that I was communicating the entire time and was already making arrangements to return the vehicle. The most traumatic part of this entire situation was what happened when law enforcement became involved. I was held at gunpoint, placed in handcuffs, and put into the back of a vehicle while my children were present. I was genuinely afraid for my life. My toddlers witnessed their mother being treated as though she was a criminal, despite the fact that Woody Anderson Ford was aware that I was communicating with them and that I was returning their vehicle. As a mother, having my children witness that was one of the most terrifying and heartbreaking moments of my life. They were frightened and mortified, and I will never forget the fear they experienced seeing me taken away from them. This was an experience that could have been prevented with better communication and understanding. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of empathy, accountability, or remorse shown afterward. I have not felt heard or supported throughout this process. Instead of acknowledging the trauma this caused my family, I feel like my concerns have continued to be dismissed.I understand businesses have policies, but customers also deserve respect, communication, and compassion. I was a customer trying to resolve a situation and communicate openly, not someone trying to avoid responsibility. This entire experience has caused significant stress and hardship for me and my family. I know Woody Anderson Ford will not take time to review how this situation was handled so that no other family has to experience the fear, frustration, and emotional distress that we have endured. What is heartbreaking is that this entire situation started from something so simple: I trusted a dealership to repair my vehicle and believed I was working with professionals who would help me get back on the road. I never imagined that trying to get my vehicle fixed would turn into one of the most traumatic experiences I have ever lived through. I came to Woody Anderson Ford expecting communication, honesty, and a resolution. Instead, this situation has caused my family and me an unimaginable amount of stress, fear, and hardship. Looking back, I truly wish I had never gotten involved with this dealership, because the experience has left a lasting impact on my family that goes far beyond a vehicle repair. I guess I should be thankful this is finally over. I walked away with trauma, children who are scared to go outside because they think the police will "take mommy again", no refund which I was promised time and time again, and a broken car.

This was my third experience going to this Firestone and it has the best quality and customer…read moreservice I have seen since I have been here. I was hesitant with taking a high end SUV and vehicle to Firestone since we are near major dealers. The staff advisors always address me by my name due to my scheduled appointment upon arrival. Never had an issue with the maintenance of my vehicle and they will call you when it's time to pick up your vehicle. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the maintenance and don't let a female fool you because she knows her stuff about vehicle maintenance as well. If you are relocating here to the Redstone Arsenal area and worried about maintenance about your vehicle and don't want to spend dealer price, I recommend this Firestone. I know on post is usually overbooked and I am glad to have my vehicles serviced here. I am glad that I received the lifetime tire alignment and they always recommend when getting an oil change to rotate the tires to get maximum use of your tires. Overall, I recommend this Firestone to any military member and you will receive a discount as well. WB

Customer service was HORRIBLE at the location on Old Monrovia Road in Huntsville, AL!!…read more I called this morning and made an appointment with Josh. I guess Josh failed to lock It in the system. Well, when I got there, the older guy at the front desk (guess Josh had left for the day) was rude like. "Are sure are you are in you a the right place??" I told him, "Yes, I have been doing to this location for years." So he says, who did you talk to? Josh? I said yes. He went on to say all he had to do was go the next step and lock it in. You don't have an appointment. But he did fix it and wanted to work me in. I just left because I was done with his rudeness and smart comments. I have been going to this location since 2009~ NEVER AGAIN!! If I could give him a zero star, I would!'
