The owner responded to this review stating that final fittings are always offered- that was not the case with my situation. We were told to pick up at a specific time and that was it. I also wanted to add that rude comments were made regarding my mother's weight. I've never felt so uncomfortable during an alteration process. It was impossible to schedule with her and she kept pushing out the pickup date. While I appreciated her attempt to accommodate, I wish she had been honest about her ability to complete the alterations. I stopped by today and the jeans are ready for pick up. $25 bucks for the alternation, I brought cash. Easy transaction and I'm on my way. They cut off the front and put a loop on the back to attach to the button that was already on the dress. The sides of the dress were 12" on the floor on each side and the middle was dragging even looped on the highest button. There was absolutely no attempt at design or craftsmanship. We also asked to put breast pads in front and they sewed these size DD ones onto the small ones that were already there; we had to remove them ourselves. We now had 2 pairs of pads and they went down to the bride's ribs. Something is wrong there. A bustle, breast pads, and a hem on a dress are standard everyday requests. I hope this review saves a few brides from disaster!
