On the flip side if they price it too low, it encourages an excess of low bids. Philip's pricing was spot on. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was so detailed/invested in getting me the best deal/result that it made me feel almost as though she was purchasing my home for herself! She pushed us to sign documents that we where not comfortable signing but in fear of not getting a home and under her advice we signed. We tried to pull out of buying the home and she told us we would not be getting our deposit back. She also said we would have legal issues. We pressed on with the painful process that started in November 2020 it's March 2021 now and we still don't have keys to our home. Escrow has been paid 30,000 and everything has been signed for. My payment is due April 1st. She won't answer my calls and will refuse to send me paperwork that I've requested. She said we would get keys today March 6th but apparently that has now been pushed back again. If you value honesty and integrity this place isn't it.
