The message was marked as delivered and read, yet it was completely ignored. I can't comment on their pricing because we were never actually given a quote. I am truly disappointed by this lack of professionalism. Looking back, it was my mistake for not paying closer attention to their existing 1-star reviews as it's clear that going silent on potential clients is a recurring theme for this business. Installation was one full day. The workers and the boss, David are professional and easy to communicate with. They cleaned up their mess and were respectful of our property. David is very knowledgeable with gates and provided helpful input when we were going over details like hinge types and adjustability for our sloped driveway. Their pricing was fair and I feel like we got a quality product for what we paid for. I will call them back for any other gate on our property.
