Windows and screens washed, wiped all the tracks and frames, and then went on to wash all our mirrors too--even though they weren't part of the bid. Excellent work and went above and beyond. He really goes above and beyond for all the jobs that we throw at him. He doesn't have many reviews on here yet, but this is now the second time he's come into our home. He's very pleasant to talk to, and he's really just a good person trying to get his awesome business idea up and running. Todd was great. He performed a very through inspection and provided a through report that was understandable. He also recomended the repairs we should consider. More importantly, he clearly is a very experienced professional and that meant a lot in our decison process. Dave was super nice when we first starting working with him. after he got his money it went south…read morefast. he was supposed to do a grading and drainage plan for our new house. It took almost a year to get the plan approved and we had to threaten to get a lawyer for him to complete it. The county reviewer actually called me direct to console me about what he was not willing to change on the plans after they sent him a sample of what it needed to look like. he continued to claim he was right and the county was wrong. I even called other engineers and they did not under stand why it could not be fixed to the counties liking. Being in construction for 40 years I know that the grade around the house should not be 4" higher than the finish floor but he would not listen. I beg you all to look for another engineer and not waste your time here. you will be sorry.would give zero stars if I could.

They responded promptly and even though I didn't have a really big job, they came out immediately, gave me a reasonable estimate and finished the work a week early.
