So when Justin put in my hot water heater everything seemed good. However, 10 months later it stopped working. Turns out that he didn't used a grounded nut or ox-Gard, which are standard when combining metals. Basic water heater install 101 but failing to do it could have cause a fire in my home! He ordered all new parts from the manufacturer as it was under warranty for parts and they refused to ship them without proof (has this happened before?!??!). I ended up without water for 4 days and missed time away from work. Sure he's friendly, and he did cover the cost for another technician to spot and repair his error (minus $2 venmo fee) BUT my personal opinion is that he runs this "error" to bilk people out of $185 -- because labor is not covered on the warranty -- to repair operational heaters while he pockets the parts and scams manufacturers. When I tried to get him to compensate me for my inconvenience, he accused me of "strong arming" him. Find another plumber, this one is either incompetent or a crook. read more

He showed up the next day fixed the problem for a fair price. While he was here fixing the shower valve I mentioned to him the issues I was having with my hot water tank and he offered to take a look at it. I had discovered a water leak on my main water line that George Brazil repaired a few years ago, so I called Justin first thing at 7am and received a return call within 5 minutes. I described the issue and he was able to give me a rough estimate on the phone and let me know he would stop by the same day as his last appointment. He made me aware when he was on his way and showed up to assess the repair. He pointed out that he could replace the faulty coupler at a lower rate or redo the entire repair that was poorly done with lower grade materials and even had a smaller sized piece of copper in between the original piping. He gave me the quote which was half what I paid George Brazil. He completed the job within 2 hours and everything looked good and worked properly.
