Because Bradford White heaters are not sold through big box stores and must be installed by a licensed plumber, I researched qualified installers and found Zest Plumbing & Drain highly recommended. Their exceptional Yelp ratings and A+ Better Business Bureau rating made the recommendation even stronger. Although I was working through my warranty company, I wanted an independent assessment, so I called Zest Plumbing & Drain. The operator asked a few questions and said someone would arrive within two hours. About 45 minutes later, Len Gibbs knocked on my door. Len was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. He listened carefully, explained my options, answered my questions, and provided several thoughtful suggestions tailored to my situation. About two hours later, I received a text and an email with the estimates. The estimates were three pages long and included the three options that Len had suggested. Len called back and kindly asked whether I had any questions or wanted to proceed. He also said that if I chose to work with the company, they would be proud to service my house. However, if I could not work with them because of my warranty obligations, they would always be available in the future. I appreciated his understanding and professionalism. Unfortunately, because of my obligations with the warranty company, I was unable to work with Zest Plumbing & Drain.
