This scratch was not on any area that could have been scratched by me or the performance shop. The scratch is in the Wheel well, the only logical explanation is it was scratched upon removing and installing the new tires. When I reached out to the son of the owner, so they can explain what had happened or if they can get it repaired. He immediately became defensive saying he's not fixing shit and it wasn't him. I take great care of my car, and I most definitely know this was him doing a careless job, when handling my wheel. The scratch isn't anything major, but it's the principle of running a business and being able to accept when you fuck up & offering to make it right especially after being a repeat customer for years. At most it would've been a $200 repair if that, but instead he rather shit talk and cuss at a loyal customer who's brought multiple cars to him in the past. If you're considering bringing your car here, think twice about it. If they damage your car, they'll deny they did it and pretty much tell you to fuck off.
