It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Friendly and knowledgable, he works hard to make sure you understand what he's doing, and is professional and polite at every step along the way. Today, my tire blew out on the freeway, and honestly, I had no idea what to do. Thankfully, I was able to make it safely onto the shoulder. I immediately called my roadside assistance provider and had only been on the phone for about three minutes when Sandra pulled up behind me. At first, I was a little nervous because I didn't know who she was. She came to my passenger window and introduced herself. I told her I was already on the phone with roadside assistance, and she said, "If you have a spare tire, I can put it on for you." I was shocked. She explained that she was with Metro Freeway Service Patrol and that it was a completely free service. I couldn't believe it. I told Sandra she was an angel today because my roadside assistance company had estimated it could take close to an hour for someone to arrive. Instead, Sandra was there almost immediately.
