Before my vehicle could apparently earn the right to be transported, I was informed with a spectacular attitude that because I didn't have my registration physically inside the vehicle, my tow was being cancelled. I consider this a blessing, because immediately, I feel comfortable, in spite of the stress that can overcome, when you are stuck with a non functioning vehicle. This time, I had an experience that was so impressive. So imagine my real time scenario. My car is rattling, loud sounds, I am hearing like broken glass and metal, there is a lite but significant burning smell. The car dash alerts me with sounds and a warning sign, to immediately stop, not drive the car. So I frantically comply. When it was time to call AAA, before I even got off the phone, the dispatcher at Northridge Service was already calling me, stating they were going to be on their way. Wow. Wow.
