The driver lied and overcharged me, saying that he had to tow my car home. NOT TRUE. The sheriff arrived on the scene, my car was pullout of a ditch and I followed the sheriff home in my own vehicle. I filed a complaint with the so-called Manager Amanda and got no resolution. Was stranded on 95. Told insurance agent to send truck for my vehicle and a small trailer. Tow company showed up with terrible attitude. Told me the trailer required a separate tow (although earlier on the same day a diff company towed the same vehicle and trailer as one tow). Tech then told me I was not allowed to ride with him and he would be leaving me on the side of I95 for me to find a ride. Stated this was "company policy." I am disgusted that anyone would leave a woman and an 82 yo man on the side of I95 in the rain. I hope there are better people in the world than the ones who own and operate Arrow Towing. Where do I start I had no choice the police chose this place to tow my car to. I called they told me 180$ for the total cost of what I owed at the moment, I asked how much would it be to tow it they said 303.36 $ so I decide to ask my friend to tow the car . I get there they said it on longer was $180 but 245$. And I fought it then they come back and say it's going to be $210 to TOW the car outside the lot because of insurance purposes and that they don't work for free. Well honey no one works for free but I stayed there and watch them DRIVE my car off the lot to the tower. Lmfao so that was a complete lie. Heather rescued me when my car broke down on the interstate today!! After calling multiple tow companies, many stated they wouldn't go out of town because there was an auto show in town. Arrow arrived in under 30 minutes and offered to drop me off at a nearby store so I could wait for my husband indoors (I'm 8 months pregnant btw). They were fast, professional, & courteous. Never have I been" handled " so professional, reckless or discriminated against My husband and I are from Georgia.We came down for Bike Week on March 11th and decided to save money and stay with my sister in law. Boy were we wrong. I car was towed by Arrow Towing because unbeknownst to us we parked in a visitor nonparking zone. We woke up Saturday morning to find our rental vehicle was towed. We immediately called ARROW TOWING and were told because the Jeep wasn't registered to my name they could not release my contracted vehicle to me. We spoke to someone on call for the establishment and were told they would not reopen until Monday. I called Alamo road side assistance, explained the situation and was promised a replacement vehicle. Alamo transferred me to Enterprise roadside. Enterprise roadside contacted the local Enterprise on Mason Ave. Angel the representative advised Ashley(manager of store) to exchange my previous rental for another vehicle. Ashley advised me I had to wait until Monday until the vehicle was recovered. We were stranded in Florida for the whole weekend against our will. We called Ashley on Monday after talking to numerous Enterprise roadside assistance representatives who apologized profusely for Ashley for not replacing my rental . Ashley made us wait until 2pm on Monday to retrieve our rented Jeep from the impound. We were originally quoted 213.00 for the impound fee which ended up costing us 273.00. Needless to say this was the worst vacation of our lives, my life was devastated and I feel this incident was racially motivated. read more

I purchased a used crane truck for my business & I knew that I needed to have some work on it to get everything up to par. I ended up spending $10k on repairs. Yes this was a lot but I was ok with it but I expected EVERYTHING had been properly addressed. Over the next couple of months we continued to have problems with things that were supposed to have been fixed. Smelled diesel in the cab & it was from a parts that weren't tightened properly by Arrow. Found several work rags stuffed in different engine areas. Went back to them early on to have them address a few things & costed me another $3k. I finally decided NEVER to return to them and as we had other issues come up (again problems with items I already paid to repair) I had other service companies do the repairs. They work with infinity insurance. I requested to be towed after my alternator gave up on me in the middle of the highway. The ETA was set to 90 minutes after which they extended another 20 minutes. Truck was there 3 and half days broken bolts on hold down freon line going to condenser short a gallon of antifreeze on my radiator replacement. I had to tighten up my self. Ac was working took out freon from my system didn't replace and gave me a truck with no ac. Paid 150 dollars to have freon put in. There line of crap was bring it back, how about do the job right you got paid for it. Bring it back is more downtime and loss of income. No not a place I will ever use again. First let me say I travel much and use Google/Google Maps more for reading reviews before choosing a service or restaurant because yelp is more less accurate and the yelp reviews for this company are a good example of this. Here was my experience at Arrow Service & Towing...My car wouldn't start in a department store parking lot. The tow truck arrived within 45 minutes, as promised on the phone. The driver told me Arrow also has a service station, and after checking out my car quickly, he thought it may be a fuel pump issue. He called their shop for an estimate on a fuel pump replacement, which was about $70 cheaper than Firestone's service shop gave me over the phone, and that did not include the charge for the initial diagnostic, which at Arrow would be free if I chose to have them fix it. So I agreed to have him take me to Arrow's shop instead, since I was traveling in a camper van, I didn't know anyone in the area, and my gut told me these were good people. The driver talked with pride and appreciation for the family owned business he worked for, and when I arrived at the shop it was very busy, yet everyone was upbeat and made sure I was being attended to. The problem ended up being a wiring issue, which was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than replacing the fuel pump on my '94 Dodge 250 conversion van. The guy working on my van and the boss's son stayed 45 minutes after close to finish the job, which meant I wouldn't need to get a motel for the night. They told me to call if I had any problems with the work done. These guys rock. If I needed a job I would have applied there. A great company, great prices, super service. A very tiny waiting area, but an excellent, casual Greek cafe is a short 6-minute walk away with some of the best Greek food I've ever had, $8 and up & worth every penny. Worst Towing Company Ever! They were asked to tow a motorcycle after a wreck and left it on the ground laying on its side, the kickstand was not broken. A call was placed to there office about the incident and nobody ever returned the phone call. When I complained about it and said Luckys Towing would have never done something like this, the lady on the other end said well they haven't even been in business that long. The motorcycle wasn't damaged on the right said, because the bike was laid down on the left, so they caused the additional damage on the right. I told the person on the other end of the telephone, that if I didn't hear back from someone, I would make sure I let the community know what kind of company Arrow Towing is, she said don't threaten me lady, I said its not a threat its a promise. It was a huge mistake to get service here. $300 later the car still doesn't work. They don t return calls. They don't test drive fixed vehicles. I have an older car that had a fuel problem. They fixed it and charged me $110.00 (that included the tow) that I thought was very reasonable. They said it was a loose wire behind the back seat that they secured. I got in the car and tried to drive off and one block later the car stalled. I figured that the wire had come loose again and removed the rear seat to fix it. Literally, I discovered the wire had been secured with duct tape. I brought the car back and told them it still didn't work. I left the car. Several days later, after several unreturned calls, I drove another car to the shop and was told the car would be ready in an hour. That afternoon I picked up my car and this time it stalled out before I made it off the repair shop property. As I walked back into the shop the mechanic that worked on my car said what now? I told him the car had stalled right on their property. I also wanted to say and you obviously didn't test drive my car. H went out to my car and literally five minutes later he returned and said I pulled the wire and gave it some more slack. Again I didn't make it out off the property - so again they failed to test drive the car. I left the car again and returned several weeks later. This time they did test drive the car and gave me a laundry list of things they fixed and charged me another $200. They also told me to maintain at least half a tank of gas to avoid further problems. That reminded me of an old joke. A patient raises his arm and says doctor it hurts when I do this. And the doctor replies, don t do that. I won t go back read more

This is the worst company EVER! Do not attempt to do business with them! I tried to buy a wrecked car from them that I negotiated over the phone with Amanda Balboa. I offered to pay over the phone on 4/20/2017 since I was out of town but she said no just come in on Saturday 4/22/17 when I get back with cash and it is yours. Today 4/21/17 on my way back to FL Amanda Balboa calls me at 9:30 am and states that someone else offered her more for the car and did I still plan on coming in on Saturday morning to buy the car, I replied yes or that I could be there by 7pm today. She advised that she would have to check with her boss, again I offered to pay over the phone but she declined. Adam Balboa calls me about 1:30 pm today 4/21 and said the car was sold to someone else who was willing to pay more! I said how could you do that when I made the deal with Amanda! He said that's too bad then hung up on me! This business does not have any integrity whatsoever and their word means absolutely nothing! Buyers beware and do not support this business! Unscrupulous! I have all the documented test messages from Amanda and myself about the purchase of the car at a specific price. And I am sure that the IRS and the State of FL would be interested that she wanted me to pay CASH for the transaction! If I could give them a more accurate score, I would give them a -4. The wrecker came in a timely manner, but from there all hell broke loose. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a towing company. The driver was to drive my car to another service center but stated her company does a free diagnostic if towed there. Ok, who would pass up free. The next morning, we were called to be informed that it will be $75 to have the testing done. Hold up! What happened to free? We informed the caller of what the driver stated which we were rudely told No. We asked given the misquote by their employee could they give us a discounted price? More rudeness, NO. I was then told "Feel FREE to get your car towed from here." Which I replied ok, and I will contact the Better Business Bureau and Geico who contracted you. They hung up on me. When I got Geico involved, they told Geico they had already completed the testing so the vehicle could not be released to another company without first paying the $75. Mind you, I called as soon as he hung up in my face. They failed to report to Geico they did not tow my car to the further original destination, but was billing Geico for the longer tow. When we called back to Arrow to find out when they completed the testing, we were informed by them, that they had not. So... basically, they lied to Geico about that as well. Or just lied to us.
