Finding Reliable Towing is the BEST EVER answer to needing to get towed for a breakdown. Gene could not have done anything better in rescuing me and my 1995 4Runner. He provided stress-free, professional, capable, friendly service. It was easy setting up his arrival with his frequent communications...right away I felt secure. These guys are bad a**! Battery died out in the sticks today and these guys answered the call with a quickness.These guys are professional gentlemen all the way. Toney was in training, but I couldn't tell, the way he handled everything quickly and efficiently, I thought he had been doing this for 20 years! I didn't catch the other gentleman's name( I'll call lhim the trainer) but his wisdom and quality of care only comes with practice and perfection. They got me outta trouble and back to business in ZERO time flat! Call these guys when you want the pros. read more

My car was stuck in the mud of our dirt and gravel driveway and suck so deep it bottomed out AAA refused to help me stating it's against policy to service anyone on a non paved surface. I called Reliable! They answered the phone on the first call and were able to tell me exactly when and how they could come out to help. Unfortunately, someone had dumped a few railroad ties on the road, and I was unable to avoid them. My left front tire was shredded and the rim badly bent, but I was able to get the truck off the side of the road on the shoulder. A minute later, a NM state trooper showed up, got the junk off the road, and came up. He had responded to a report of road debris, but obviously, too late to help me. I called the U-Haul emergency line (excellent job by them as well), and they dispatched Tow Broz. Being in New Mexico, there are long distances to cover, but Dominic Trujillo showed up at the ETA he'd given and went right to work. In less than an hour, he had removed and replaced the damaged tire and rim, and being extra careful, retorqued all the wheels. He clearly knew what he was doing, was professional, courteous, and competent. Put simply, he did an outstanding job, and I give him my unqualified, 5 star recommendation.

I threw a Hail Mary via yelp in the Projects section and one company ignored me altogether while another flat out told me they couldn't help me. Not only did Marcos answer me very quickly on Yelp, he kept me updated on the entire process every step of the way with phone calls and text messages. I was assured they were very familiar with the 6.0 engines, which was exactly what I needed. These guys even brought their flat bed all the way to Espanola to pick up the vehicle at a very reasonable price as it wasn't in running condition at the time. The truck was done in only 3 days, and that was even with having to get a part shipped in. The overall cost was fair, in fact it was great, and you can tell these guys love their work and have a great deal of interest in these trucks. They honored some of my additional requests as well. I'll be taking my Ford to them any time I'm in need of work and would highly recommend them for any vehicle. It is now one week later and my truck is running great, I'm very happy with their work.

They said they would have it ready in about 90 minutes--they were a bit busy. I walked home, showered, took the dogs for a walk and returned to pick up my RAV-4. Ready as promised with a screw which had been removed the rear tire. All good to go. I was charged $20, a great value. But most of all, this shop was honest, friendly and competent. I got the service I needed for a very fair price. Ranger is the mechanic and such a nice guy. We talked about his wife of 42 years who passed away last fall. He has a photo of this beautiful lady at his desk. I was super impressed with this competent and friendly shop. I don't live in Santa but visit here often and would definitely return. I am super happy to have found this tire leak before I head out next week on an eleven hour road trip.

Good choice to make that rest stop as you travel through the area. I would definitely stop again and get those red and green chili snacks!

When I called Reliable Towing not only did the owner answer but they were there to collect me and my broken down car on a cold snowy Friday in 30 minutes. The entire experience could not have been more reliable than the meaning of this word. I was really sad when my car gave out with no warning. They let me clean it out so I could take my belongings home, even lifted an item I couldn't lift. Our vehicle had to be towed and we fortunately got a great Assistance from a great company. Gene from Reliable Towing helped us get our Vehicle to the Hotel (Santa Fe Hacienda and Spa) and then the next morning we called Him to delivery it back home in Albuquerque. We didn't have to worry as it turned out as our experience from Reliable Towing exceeded our expectations and made our inconveniences of our Car Troubles easy to manage. Wow... incredible service! I called and the owner picked up the phone... said the truck would be at my house in 30 minutes. So 29 minutes pass and BOOM, there's the truck. Alexis was the driver and he was so courteous and efficient. 20 or so minutes and our vehicle was loaded and heading to the dealer for service. My car went dead in my driveway. Though it took 5+ hours to get BMW Roadside Assistance to call me back, it took less than half an hour for Alexis to come get my car. There was no room to tow it out of the driveway.
