I didn't feel that he was trying to scam me nor pressure me into a car I didn't want. I worked with him in the past on getting myself into a car, but I didn't believe I was ready. Now I have a car I love and enjoy! He was patient and understanding throughout the whole experience.

Several months ago, they told me I had an oil pan leak, so I left my car with them for about a week for them to fix it. Then I returned for my regular oil change and check up about six months later and they told me again that I had an oil pan leak. They tried to get me to pay for that again, even though it became pretty clear this was unresolved or repaired poorly by them to begin with. Now my car has broken down on the side of the freeway, and I had to have it towed to their service department. It has been there for about two days and I have not had a single update on what might be wrong with it, nor can I get a hold of anybody who might know. I do not have faith that they will be able to fix the problem or be transparent on exactly what the problem is. I do not recommend Subaru Santa Fe service.

They did a diagonotic on the truck and told me the a module that controls leveling of my high beam needs to be replaced, the part is $65.38 takes three days to receive (other ford dealers and internet sells it for $31, overnight) and $1045 labor for 5 hrs, plus tax at $90.91, total is $1206.24. When comforting the Service Manager, he left to talk with the technician and whomever else, I fact checked the repair estimate: 1. Capital Ford stated they have to remove the center console to install the module that's why the labor is so high, and program the module. My research indicated the module was located behind the head lamp, easy access. 2. The module part number Capital came up with is a module for halogen head lights, mine is LED get the picture. 3. When comforting the services manager, he brushed me off, when I told him I was leaving he threatened me with calling the police because I had to pay for the diagnostic, yet it was wrong, I countered with "better yet I will call them because your trying to hold my vehicle hostage" 4. A the service director stepped in, asked me to sit with him in his office, we talked about what just happened, he got on the computer, looked up the part number and agreed the module was wrong so was the location, and he was going to order the Head Lamp Control Module instead, I left it at that. However, he ordered it without technical support because that's the only module that made sense. 5. I have been trying to drive my vehicle during daylight hours because only my high beam works, as such my lights limit casting lights a limited distance in fron of my truck and makes navigating roads that curve or swerve, placing myself and others at risk of crash or blinding on coming traffic, the problem is a safety hazard to which neither Ford or Capital are concerned about. Has anyone out there run into service problems with Capital, Ford, and/or Headlight problems on their Ford truck. Thanks for listening

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Rubicon at a great price. Jessica took her time and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed. This is how the purchasing experience should always be. Visit them and have David or Richard set you up with one of their great salespersons. In a prior visit, we dealt with Gilbert, who reminded us that he didn't get paid by the hour, and refused our request to take a test ride of a vehicle similar but not exactly what we were looking for unless we could provide some assurance that we would "most likely" purchase the vehicle. Salesmanship 101: Always cultivate your customer. If they don't buy today, treat them well and they may come back and purchase another time. Cultivating a customer should always be "worth your time". Fortunately, David called me the next day, on speakerphone with another manager and a few others to apologize for Gilbert's treatment of us, and assured us that this is not how their salespersons are trained to treat customers. I'm so glad David called and remedied the situation. David was sincere. You could tell he was genuinely concerned, not just due to my original review. The dealership, David and Jessica have my respect and have earned a loyal customer. Today was a win-win day.

We brought her car in for an oil change and service, driving 1.5 hours from where she lives to do so. They do not provide loaners or offer Ubers/lyfts, so I rented a car for the day. When we got the car back, at the end of the day (just before I had to return the rental!), it had not been washed, and the requested service had not been performed. Then, on the way home, the check engine light came on. For the next appointment, I brought it back myself. They said it would be 1-2 days. Cautiously optimistic, I booked a hotel room... still no word. I stayed a second night, and still didn't hear back. We have called and left two messages waiting for an update, and I am on my way to rent a car so I can drive back to her. It seems pretty problematic that getting a car serviced is ending up this costly (when you factor in the commute, time without a car, inability to get home for days, etc.). At the very least, they could provide us with timely updates. I am young enough that I can manage, but it seems downright unethical for them to hypothetically put an elderly woman in this position. She wouldn't have the option of not getting home, and there would have been no way for her to get a ride that she could afford. The were mildly apologetic about "forgetting" to complete the service we had requested the first time, but this type of mistake is hugely inconvenient (and would have been very risky for my mom to handle) when you are the only dealership within 2 hours. Please get it together, Jeep. I just want my mom to be safe, taken care of, and not to have her financially exploited and inconvenienced for what should be a standard repair service. You really need to provide loaners.

The car had no issues and no warning lights when I dropped it off. During the visit, they replaced the driver-side door . When I picked up the car, I was in a rush to pick up my daughter , On my drive I , , noticed the Check Engine Light was on--which was NOT on before. The next day, I called to report this. I was told the technician ,, Victor Novbakhtian, was sick and my message would be passed to management. No one called me back. I called again the following day, and management , Joe Gonzales finally responded, saying the car now needs another diagnostic--at my expense--because my warranty had expired. I explained the light came on while the car was in their care, but they accused me of lying instead of taking responsibility. This is unacceptable. Their ethics and customer service are the worst I've experienced. They created a problem, refused accountability, and tried to charge me for something that happened under their watch. I strongly advise avoiding this shop if you value honesty and professionalism. I will pursue BBB complaint
