Never worked with a better towing service. Everyone was fantastic. I just bought a school bus and needed it towed quickly. Everyone worked together to make that happen. My bus had some special issues and it wasn't a simple straight forward tow and they stuck with it until the job was done well. Billy especially was great. I wanted to know about everything that was going on so I could be able to take good care of my bus in the future. He really went out of his way to explain everything to me. Came home after a long shift on 4th of July to find unit/truck #2 parked outside my house taking up my whole parking space had to park else where because who ever was in the truck though it was a good idea to take up somebody's personal/private property space very unprofessional coming from a tow company I woulda called if I ever needed a tow how ever I will and wont ever be using this company in the near future as it was a hudge inconvenience for me and my wife to come home and have to find a temporary parking spot for us to park on the 4th of july. read more

After trying to use my Roadside Assistance coverage through USAA for TWO days with no success, I called Anaya's Roadrunner Wrecker Service during a desperate and frustrating moment. All I needed was to have my vehicle towed to the dealership to be fixed. I called Anaya and they said they could have someone out right away. Josh arrived promptly and was the nicest most helpful person. My driveway is tricky and icy in places, but he was able to navigate the way and get my car loaded and off to the dealership for service. On its way to a wreck, Anaya's Towing truck was laying on his horn, tailgating, waving his arms around, harassing everyone in front of him. There was zero way for anyone to get out of his way. The tow truck is NOT an emergency vehicle, this was extremely unsafe and absolutely 100% uncalled for. There was zero reason for Anaya's Towing truck to have to get anywhere quicker than anyone else in this situation, and in the process created an unsafe situation for everyone else on the road. I was very disappointed on service and ability to handle damage done by their company to my vehicle. I tried to work with them to fix the damage done because I need my vehicle and at every turn all I received was unprofessional behavior with a really bad attitude. Ended up having to put a claim through my insurance just not to have anymore contact with them and to be able to resolve this issue and get my vehicle running again. I just had an "above and beyond" kind of experience from Anaya's. My car was not turning on even after being jumped. It was clearly an issue with the battery or the alternator. My insurance called them to tow my vehicle to a local mechanic. When they arrived they looked at the battery for me and showed me exactly what was wrong with it and how to fix it. There was some corrosion on the terminal (the piece that connects the cables with the battery itself) and the corrosion had broken through it. Xavier and Beau offered to go pick the part up for me, pay for it (they offered but I DID reimburse them + tip), bring it back and install it. Twenty minutes in total my car was running perfectly without the hefty mechanic bill. This is service at it's finest and I cannot thank them enough! Would highly recommend! read more

I never thought I would need a tow in Santa Fe, but my car overheated and the folks at the hotel I rolled into said to call these guys- I checked their website and their trucks looked nice, the person who answered sounded knowledgable- I have a Bmw out of warranty, and the dealer would be so expensive- I chose Ian's garage and the tow truck guy, not only brought my 750 there with no damage, he offered to take me back to the hotel- I decided to hang out, but that extra kind gesture made me write this review!
