Tony and his wife, Patricia, are awesome and amazing. Recently, I was visiting family in Taos and my vehicle broke down and needed to be repaired at Honda in Santa Fe. I didn't know who to call and the Honda dealership actually recommended them. Patricia was very friendly and helpful when I called and explained my situation. They both came out on a Sunday and towed my vehicle to Honda of Santa Fe so that it could be looked at first thing on Monday. Tony is professional and knowlegable about how a vehicle should be properly secured to the truck bed. They made me feel comfortable about the security of my vehicle since it was being towed so far away. He even texted me when they arrived at Honda to let me know that they got the vehicle there, since I had stayed back in Taos. And you can't beat their prices...they were less than my AAA service!! Tony is my hero! I have Geico roadside assistance. They scheduled two different tow truck drivers who each canceled! I started trying to get tow service at 3:00 p.m. and by 10:30 p.m. found out there was no tow truck on the way. The man at Hyundai service center had recommended Tony who isn't on the Geico list. Finally when they couldn't find anyone the next day at Geico they let me call my own tow service. Tony picked up on the first ring and rescheduled so he could get my car out of my veterinarian's parking lot in the morning. You just don't find people like this very often anymore. I've been using tony personally forever. 20 yrs He towed my ford when a timing belt broke. He's towed my project vehicles to and from shops. He takes his time to do what's best for the vehicle and the customer. In my years of work I've seen many bad tow companies tear a structural component by hooking up incorrectly. Tony was in the area when I broke down and towed me from Santa Fe to Albuquerque . I had just picked up my Jeep from Lithia Jeep after them having my Jeep for two weeks staying NOTHING WAS WRONG with it. I drove two miles on Cerrillos Road and the Jeep died right in the middle lane. I was lucky that Tony pulled behind me to assist me. I had called two local companies that told me they would take an hour to get to my broken vehicle. While visiting Santa Fe our SUV broke down losing all systems at a major intersection during rush hour last night and even our emergency flashers did not work. By luck, Tony's Towing happened to pass by in less than 5 minutes and came to our rescue. He then towed our vehicle to the local Honda dealer and we now await the vehicle diagnosis.
